We were recommended here by another dress shop owner. It was hands down the best bridal experience I've had out of the 6 places I've gone to. I am plus size and they have plenty of options for every size, which is not the case at places like David's bridal and a lot of boutiques.plus the prices are amazing. I highly recommend coming here, you will at least be able to try on some amazing options to get an idea, and have amazing customer service.

I was so broken and worried I would never find my perfect dress, until multiple brides recommended Formality Resale. I made an appointment and it was BY FAR the best bridal experience I had! I felt so beautiful in many dresses and their seamstress had creative fixes for everything I wanted. I highly recommend!

Penny was very helpful, nice and patient! She even took a dress off the manican so I could try it! I got my dress from her and so excited!

Terrible experience. The website says an appointment is recommended.well it should say required otherwise they act like its a problem that you came without an appointment. They wouldn't help me, I drove an hour and forty minutes for them to treat me like trash and be snotty with me after I mentioned that the website says an appointment is recommended.not required.change your website then. And dont treat people like trash.

I've gone to three different bridal shops and didn't find the right dress. I found one that was "okay" and I put a deposit on it but, I was having second thoughts. So I made an appointment with Penny at Formality Resale and FOUND MY DRESS. She was so accommodating and helped me out so much! I could try on ANY dress I wanted without any pressure. I found a beautiful dress with a vail for $350 you seriously cannot beat that. Im so glad I went there!
