Father in law went to take his car here, was quoted at one price for repairs, got a call saying it was gonna be double.

This car dealership really did not listen to what we wanted! We went into the dealership looking for a new car, but would only recommend pricey, used cars to us. They were very pushy and would not listen to our wants. We wanted to look at 2020 Trax's. The saleswoman pushed very hard for us to test ride a 2018 Santa Fe with 50,000+ miles. They were really pushing us to buy the car right then when we were there so we would get a new 32" TV with our purchase, which we were not interested in. The saleswoman came off as rude and pushy. We were VERY disappointed with our experience at Foster Chevrolet.

It was excellent in every way. I had purchased 2cars before with Steve and had the best in every way This time he did much more to make it possible for me to get this Trax. He made it a smooth process and helped me in every detail. I recommend him at the highest and also Fosters. They gave me the best service throughout the years I had my suv. I recommend them higher Gloria

Mr Thompson and Ashley were amazing how can I say.if you think your in a tough spot they will go the extra mile to get you into a car everyone here is wonderful this is my second purchase at Foster all the way from Romeo Michigan. They have a can do attitude. Love Foster Chevrolet!

The guys at servive were great, they provided me with everything I needed in getting my CTS serviced then repaired, in and out in maybe 15 minutes, hell they even offered me a ride to work then offered to drop my car at my work fo me. Highly recommend, thanks again.

I want to thank this dealership for NOT showing any interest after i sent 2 emails and text. I had an interest in a vehicle you had advertised but seeing in how you're reluctance to answer me back shows me that you do not want my business, and how you treat potential customers.

Took car in for a leak from antifreeze.had to order part, but GM is on strike and might be awhile 'til we see it! They are going to monitor it for us until the part comes in by having us stop out periodically. Thanks Foster's Chevy!

I bought a "Certified used car " from them, drove it one day, returned it to the service department to repair a vibration, and waited 4 months for them to NOT fix my vehicle. They did let me apply my $29000 towards a new vehicle. I found out later that the vehicle I returned as " unfixable" was back out for sale on their used car lot again. The car that they couldn't fix! What does it say about their reputation or how they care about us, the customers!

Foster service is excellent! Honest workers, KNOWLEDGEABLE staff! Eager to provide service, not an assembly line! This is the best dealership I have ever been to! The coffee maker might stump you but the coffee is worth the effort!

Worst customer service imaginable. The body shop gave me bogus estimates of when my car would be repaired. They had my car for over two more weeks than they estimated to me. Then they offered to detail my car and did such a bad job washing my car that I needed to go to the car wash immediately upon picking my car up. They didn’t even bother to sweep the inside. The manager said detailing could be done in two hours, then claimed it wasn’t enough time when I talked to him about the detail job.

They promptly greeted me.
Changed oil, inspected, an washed vehicle.out in 30 min.or less with a smile.

I lost my key fob while in Sandusky. I contacted my dealership back home and was told I needed to contact the local place to have a new key fob programmed. Simple enough. I called Foster's and was told that this was not possible. A new key would have to be ordered from GM. A couple of hours later, and multiple calls to GM and my hometown dealership, I finally get someone in Foster's service department that knows what he's doing. He confirms that they can simply program a new key fob for me. BUT, now it's getting close to closing time, so it would have to be the next day. If the woman in the parts department had known how to handle it, or asked someone that did, they would have been able to resolve the issue hours before closing. My hometown dealership went above and beyond, as they have for me for more than 10 years.

They repaired my vehicle within the cost quoted, the time frame specified, and provided me a ride home. They would have picked me back up, but I had transportation.
