It was an great time for our family! Very festive, fun and easy to get tickets, check-in and get skates. My kids definitely want to go back!

What a fun time. Just wish the bumper cars had a bigger rink and the time was more then 5minutes. Other then that my 7yr old had a blast skating

The rink was great and staff so friendly! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that I wish they had actual ice assistant push things for kids. The staff was great in trying to make them out of buckets but they didn’t glide on the ice and kept getting stuck every couple of pushes.

The check in for skating was easy and the person checking us in at the Bar was so sweet and pleasant. The DJ was great playing throughout the session and the light show was so fun!

Only come here for parking at sports events. Priced fair compared to other local garages. Always super busy on the exit though!

So much fun right in the heart of our great city. You glance and think oh that would be fun for the kids. Then you climb in the bumper car and spin and feel like a kid again! Great time with the adult kids!

Great time ice skating! Great to be outside in the winter air! Brought back lots of great memories of ice skating as a kid!
Bumper cars were fun- just wish they could make the ride longer— but certainly understand with everyone waiting their turn. Good management and safety review with the employees!

Lights. Music.food.we had a good time. But coming from Florida we didn't have time to purchase tickets for the Tree lightning event.

We had a blast! I loved the reservations (it made it far less crowded than previous years). The staff was absolutely amazing at keeping everything fun, but orderly. Seriously my favorite time at Fountain Square!

We did both the skating and bumper cars both - had a blast. Staff was terrific. Skates were a little worse for wear.but understandable. Highly recommend.

We had a great time with the whole family, from the 5yo kid to the grandma! The time slots are excellent to avoid overcrowding, the toggle between skating and bumpers is easy, and the ice conditions on the rink were great! Awesome experience, we will be back!

The ice bumper cars were a blast! My granddaughter, sisters and I rode them several times. My granddaughter wanted to try ice skating so she and I donned skates and mostly stayed along the walls. She was able to balance on the blades toward the end of our session. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. My only suggestion is that the laces on the rental skates should be replaced. The laces were very worn and it was extremely difficult to tighten them. Overall we had fun and will be back.

Just fantastic! Staff was friendly, parking is easy. Lots of fun, will be back for sure! Bumper cars are a true bonus!

We had an ok experience last night. The bumper cars process was disorganized and they need to invest in new laces for the skates. However, the staff were friendly. Lastly, please creative a more festive atmosphere by having Christmas lights on the rink and not just during the Macy's light show.

The Skating rink is one of the few reasons I still go to Fountain Square. I always have a good time skating there. The only minor complaint which is not really a complaint is that I remember when they charged less for people who didn't need rental skates but that's incredibly minor.

I went down to the Ice Rink last weekend and was thrilled by the whole experience! The staff were super helpful, the ice skating was hilarious watching my friends fall, and the bumper cars were super enjoyable! Highly recommend going down for the events
