Four Seasons Car Wash, Moraine OH

I was at the location in moraine and used the automatic car wash and not a drop of soap was used. Basically my car was sprayed down with water and wasted my $11. Don't waste your money and go somewhere else because we I contacted them. I have yet to get a response

I vacuumed my car out. Used credit card. It stated 2.00, my card was charged 10 for a vacuum. Will never go back.

3.5 stars. Not bad, mostly everything works now but not as good as the one downtown miamisburg. Some bays have some water and soap/foam leaks (I left both a voicemail AND taped a note above the control where you insert coins letting them know what was leaking, how bad and and the locations of the leak (s) but they sont always get repaired) and sometimes a bay might have terribly low pressure, it's normally the 2nd or 3rd bay from the coin changer (i forget which) but if it has not been fixed you will not be happy with the results if you end up using that bay!

Vacuum suction could be a little better as well. Some bays have had lights out for a long time now, so if you go at night, you will be limited on what bays you can use. Unless you prefer washing and waxing your ride in the dark.

I really am torn in giving it 4 stars I'd rather say 3.5 to be honest.

Don't waste your money in this auto wash.
They charge me 17 bucks for ceramic car wash. Oldest machine they installed. Which is throwing only water on the car. No brush, scubs, nothing. After wash I seen my car still dirty. I called them to show my car result after wash as proof. No one puck up. Im trying to called since 24 hours they didn't picked up or called back.

They stole my things there and I called the manager and he didn't answer me even by messages

Bays are hit or miss on if they are open or working. The monthly membership has issues with working

I went to wash my vehicle in 6-4-23 because mom's funeral is on 6-5-23. I put in eight dollars with of quarters to give it a good washing. I chose high power suds, etc. No suds came out. Vehicle still dirty. I have been trying to report this for almost 24 hours no but "voice mailbox is full. " I think I deserve a free wash. The one on Cobblegate in Moraine, Ohio. Gentleman got in touch with me on 6-7-23 and made it right. Thank you.

Something must be wrong with your machines. It usually wash my vehicles good I really was upset with my wash

High pressure soap and rinse was very low pressure. Spot free final rinse was a trickle. Don't waste your money here.

Price for basic car wash used to be $7 just a year ago and included several services, now it’s $9 and includes nothing. It doesn’t even get your car clean, just sprays water and it’s done. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Ripoff. Automatic wash sprayed my car with some water, stopped, then flashed Drive Forward at me to leave without so much as running the dryers. Don't waste money on this place.

Vending machines are always empty when I go there. Trash cans are always full. It's a basic car wash. Don't be fooled by the fact that it looks nicer

$10 for 6 minutes to use a self serve wash bay.what a rip off. Pay the $15 and use the automatic somewhere else!

Stopped by this location Friday afternoon 12/30/22 and the wash bay I was trying to use was not working properly and ended up not being able to wash my vehicle. Called the number listed and have not received a call back for my refund. Even messaged the company directly and my message was “not deliverable”. Guess I learned my lesson and will not be returning to this business and do not recommend it to anyone else.

Update 1/10: last week an employee called me to tell they would refund my money and said he’d let me know when he was at the location so I could stop by to pick it up. I was going to edit my review after my refund, but it’s been a week and I’ve never gotten another call about when to stop by.
