Fox and Hounds Apartments, Columbus OH

My boyfriend & I had a great experience living here! We loved the renovations & was a cozy 2 bedroom apartment great for a couple. Would recommend to others who want a good location in the Columbus area.

I was charged $200 for carpet replacement due to pet damage, even though I never owned a pet or had any friends over with a pet during my lease period. I called the office twice, they assured me the manager would follow up, but I never received a call. If you're considering moving here, I recommend lifting the entire carpet to check for stains left by previous occupants to avoid being charged unfairly.

I would not recommend moving here at all. Between office staff & maintenance they do not communicate with each other. I’ve been living here since November of last year & I have told them about my microwave and outlet near the fridge not working. It is August 2023 & I still have not received a working microwave. They claim the microwave which is a amenity in the apartment has been on back order for months. They said I would receive it by August 10th haven’t heard from anyone in office after going into the office myself & with a witness my mother! I still have yet to receive a microwave after paying months & months of rent. I have a open area in my kitchen from a missing microwave. Oh & at that the maintenance came in to remove the old broken one & thought it was great to leave a broken microwave sitting on my kitchen floor inside of my apartment, as a single female living by herself this just has been a terrible experience. I’ve rented plenty of places & this hands down this has to be the worst experience ever. The renovations in the apartment are terrible mold & cracks in the walls and flooring, front door has been getting jammed. Staff has not accommodated me in any way. Also staff is not worried about tenants that pay rent on time because if that was the case I wouldn’t be having to leave a terrible review. Great area but terrible leasing staff & company. The apartment renovations are terrible cracks and holes in the cabinets, flooring & in the corners of walls. I had to stuff the holes with toilet paper because I was scared bugs were going to come in. Only used the pool 4 times and the last 2 times the pool was filthy floating leaf’s and bugs, let alone the hot tub was out of order because who knows why & they don’t properly close it off they use yellow caution tape. It’s just of list of things wrong with this place! All I wanted was a microwave and I can’t believe I was not accommodated with a amenity that should already be in your apartment! Even after my experience I took the time to still clean the apartment & leave it in all decency even after my terrible stay! I’ve seen a lot of angry tenants do terrible things to peoples property, even after this experience I took the time to respect them! Something I wish they knew how to do!

After our first year at Fox and Hound, we are renewing for another year and I can confidently say they have exceeded our expectations. This apartment complex truly caters to residents' needs with its exceptional amenities and welcoming atmosphere.

First and foremost, the presence of both an indoor and brand new outdoor dog park was a game-changer for my small four-legged children. It provided a safe and enjoyable space for our daily walks and playtime, fostering a strong sense of community among pet owners.

The on-site gym was a true standout, offering a well-equipped space to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
The game room was another fantastic feature that we could often invite our friends over and have a great time. They offer the ability to reserve the rooms for extra privacy amongst friend groups. The well-designed and comfortable game room offered a perfect setting for socializing with neighbors and friends.
The common area of the apartment complex was pretty impressive. It provided a spacious and beautifully furnished environment where residents could gather, relax, and enjoy quality time with other. Equipped with plenty of seating areas, two super nice TV's and lots of board games, it was an excellent space to host events, meet new people, or simply unwind after a long day.

Furthermore, the management and staff at Fox and Hound are incredibly friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure resident satisfaction. Maintenance requests were promptly addressed, creating a hassle-free living experience.

I highly recommend Fox and Hound apartments to anyone seeking a comfortable and vibrant living environment.

I love the staff from the office to the maintenance. The office staff is always ready to help and the maintenance is quick to respond. Both coordinate well together. Both have gone beyond my expectations! Love them

Even though they have renovated them but they didn't do a good job. These things you will notice when you live there.
Thee type of people who rent there also is not good. Not good for family.

In short, Run Away

Lots of roaches, staff doesn’t really seem to care about anything except picking up trash and making sure you pay your expensive over priced rent.
