Fox property maintenance owner, Tyler Fox told my wife and I he was 90% satisfied with the fascia and he was satisfied with that. Refused to fix it saying if we bought the material he would then do it. We told him no we aren't paying for material. You should have done it right the first time. His contract clearly reads that the customer will be 100% satisfied or he will fix the issue. He did not.

Was $1k off on the estimate with gutters saying we should blame the gutter guys and he hadn't done an estimate for them in a year. The gutter guys said this is the 6th job they have followed him on this year. Gave me their card and said contact us if you need something, this isn't the first time he's screwed up. This led my wife and I to believe he was trying to keep his estimate down for our business.

He did fix 2 panels during siding and an electrical issue. He said twice that we were "way under budget" for the roof so we would not see the cost at all. He managed to bring this up when we asked for the fascia to be fixed stating if he has to pay for the metal than he will " make sure to nickel and dime you for everything".

After we spoke on the phone with him, we checked the time stamp of when he cashed the check. It was just prior to this phone conversation.

Bad business ethics and morals. Can't be trusted to stand behind his word or his own contract. Do not use. Quality of work is questionable.
