UPDATE: the extra $50.00 charged to me was returned! Thank you Darryelle.
I have lived at Fox Run Drive for only 1 month. On the day I was scheduled to move in, no one knew I was moving in and no one was prepared. No one told me I had to pay a trash fee, no one told me I had to pay for Wifi, no one told me I had to set up electricity and gas. I was charged $50 extra for water and trash fees. I was never told about a $250 security deposit that was taken out of my bank account. I have ants in my apartment. The whole apartment is old and broken, just painted over. A ton of things are just broken and coming apart. It's extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone.

5/5 stars-I've been a renter with Fox Run Apartments the beginning of the year and will be until I leave the Willoughby area. Excellent service, always prioritize residents and are truly understanding and professional. The staff at Fox Run are always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you are enjoying your home! I love how they have rentable garages and how easily accessible they are to the location of my home. I feel so lucky to live here! I enjoy the quiet neighborhood-like feel this community offers. Would recommend Fox Run to anyone moving to the area!

There is hope! I deleted my one-star review after going into the office and meeting the new staff. They were polite and professional and apologized for the chaos of the transition and the last set of employees that worked the office. The clubhouse look vastly different, it went from dark and closed off to open and inviting. I look forward to seeing the rest of the changes. Upon going to the rentcafe website where we normally pay our rent and make maintenance requests. I saw that the online maintenance portal was working, before I would get a blank page. I really hope that this is the start of some place to be proud to call home.

New management is absolutely awful. Nothing gets fixed. No one answers the phone and they increased rent. At least when barb was around things got done. Beztak is cheap and unreliable

This place is horrible maintenance is terrible this New lady in the office is so unprofessional and prejudice everyone has quit working here you never can get anyone on the phone for help my daughter has been here a few months and shes been trying to get chipped paint repaired since shes been here with a baby thats been constantly ill we here that fair housing has been involved with several complaints but the saddest part is this so call Angela is very hateful and did not want to even talk to the residents with such a nasty disposition this management will soon see loosing residents and workers that its not a good look and no one seems to care with 1 maintenance worker and no one servicing the apartments since the work orders are submitted but they want their rent but treat the residents like trash FairHousing involved and several residents are complaining

Moving for work and toured an apartment friday 10/28, leasing office offered to hold the apartment until I heard from my relocation company on Monday. I called Tuesday morning to say we were interested. Was told to apply online, went to apply and the apartment was no longer listed. Called Wednesday morning, given the run around and was told they would call me. Nothing. Sent an email that night. No response. Call Thursday morning and given the run around again and told they would call me. Called Friday, nothing. Called again today and even the other office was unable to reach the management office, was offered to leave a message again, I told her forget it. Find somewhere else to live at this point.

Okay apartments. Spacious floor plan, everything is painted shut, lots of closet space, laundry in apartment. Terrible communication with leasing office. I’ve lived here 3 months now and have gone 30 days without a working stove and a fridge that hums constantly. Try to call anyone about anything no on answers - go to the leasing office “what’s your name and number someone will get back to you” and no one does. The office manager is rude. Utilities bills are low and noise level is low. No one bothers you unless you’re parked in their spot when there’s no assigned parking.

Been here since April. Fox Run is constantly modernizing. The yards are kept really nice and trash pick up is frequent. The staff is really nice too. I like working with them as they are very helpful and professional and always makes time if I have questions. The maintenance team is also phenomenal. I only called once in several months and they came out ASAP. Really great group all around. My place was spotless when I moved in and I'm a clean freak. I was really taken back how nice it was at move in. Not used to that. The team here works hard. Very hard. Thank you for all you do. It does not go unnoticed.

This review is based on the operation of the new owner/office manager. I cannot express how happy I have been with the new owner and new management team. If something needs to be fixed, not only is it done in a timely manner but it is done correctly the very first time, they don’t do the quick, unprofessional bandaid fixes like the past owner did. They have also gotten rid of problem tenants which makes it more safe and peaceful here now. I can actually sit on my balcony at night and enjoy the peace and quiet. You can also tell that the new manager is about her business and is here for the tenants. She takes the time to listen and never rush you out the door and address any concerns brought to her attention. The buildings are cleaned several times a week versus once every other month (if not longer) when the old owner was here. They have been updating the apartments and have plans to continue to make our apartments more energy efficient. The manager actually listens to concerns and act on things unlike the old office manager (who did not care whatsoever and never made the old owner aware of issues with the apartments or undesirable tenants) I actually enjoy residing here now where as before, I was counting the months to where as I could run from here. You can clearly tell that the new owner/manager cares about the property and tenants.

These skids been outside our apartment door for 2 weeks now we had a dryer just sitting the hallway for almost 6 months and we pay over $1100 for rent.they’re terrible with maintenance office people not knowing what to do leases all messed up and they had the nerve to up our rent over $150 first chance we get we out of here. We put in work orders over a yr ago and we still need the work done. Save your time and your money and look elsewhere. Trust me we’ve been here for 2 yrs now! The new owners are worse than the old one lol ‍️

The property is falling apart, and a lot of people just got 3 day eviction notices taped to their doors for no reason. They also don't fix issues with the apartment, like the bathtub faucet being broken since we moved in, one bedroom flooding ruining the carpet, and even just the hot and cold water faucets in the bathroom being the wrong way around.
