7We've lived here 3 years and absolutely love it! We wouldn't dream of moving. Its a very quite, clean, and peaceful place to live. Monica is a very kind person also.
Jake the owner is rude disrespectful. The person in the office Monica different rules for different people. Not a good family friendly place at all. I would not recommend this place at all
The park itself is fine. The 3* rating is for the driveway/ roads. The problem is the people and children who live there walk the streets like the old west. Walking in the center of the road and riding bikes and walk/ ride right out in front of moving vehicles.
Very surprised someone hasn't been hit.
The manager Monica is amazing.willing to help in anyway she can and go above for residents.willing to work with you in all situations.and treats you like a real person. God run has been an amazing place to live very peaceful and all residents are nice.
I lived there 5 years and the place definitely got better over the years! Monica is a great manger and super helpful And understanding! Nice friendly neighborhood! I felt safe and comfortable living there
My bf an i went there to sell a nice older lady a refrigerator and being there an seeing the neighbors an all it seemed to he quiet an extremely peaceful an it was a very clean trailer park.
