Nice place to live been here 6 years love it could have a play ground or basketball hoop or something seen a guy take a kids basketball and keep it for playing on portable hoop one day cause it went in his yard so keep that in mind if you have kids other than that it's a great place and pet friendly.

I was thrilled with joy when I moved in. Now there are a couple of little things I would say need improvement. A month ago someone broke into my apartment (not landlord fault) but when I called landlord to inform them they never called back. A week later someone tried to hot wire my car I had to show up on my lunch break to speak with someone about that. Landlord is awful about returning calls I have gotten one returned call. I have Maintence that needs done but they won’t come out in the evening when I’m here to do those things but have no problem sitting across from my apartment at 10pm looking up this way multiple nights a week. Landlord story of what’s occurring doesn’t match what I see. When I asked which vehicles were Maintence so I knew landlord was rude even though I want to know for my safety and to not call police on their Maintence. Apartment is WAY overpriced for what you get. Still better than the apartment I lived in before and nice area but little things could use improvement.
