Fox's Pizza Den, East Liverpool OH

I've ordered from here many times, but the delivery takes so long. Sometimes I wait over an hour to get my food. And they keep on putting mayo on my food. I call to tell them and the say "I made this sandwich and I promise I put no mayo on it" even though I had the sandwich right in front of me

We love this place - both the food and the service. We are hoping online ordering is available again soon.

Clean establishment, but withholds money from employees and fires them for asking for their scheduled paychecks.

They got 2 outta 3 things in my order wrong, took almost an hour and a half when they quoted 39-45 minutes. Not only was the food wrong, but it was late, cold, and bad. Will not be ordering there again

Place was very clean and service was very friendly. We ate inside dining and when we were done employee came and asked how we liked our sandwiches.

Called to order and got a message stating they would be closed on the 17th and 18th. Today is the 19th and they're still not open.

Drove there to pick up a pizza that was not cooked at all. Terribly doughy. Had to take it home and cook it.trash

They are fast and curtious people there, and the food is excellent! They have what you crave try them you will be pleased!

The pizza isn’t the same as when they first opened. It’s nasty now. The other menu items are good though.

Ordered 2 meatball subs.asked for 1 to be light on the sauce, both subs came with no sauce. Meatballs were the little kind you buy frozen.at walmart not home made.the delivery kid was carrying the subs not in a warming bag.not even warm much less hot at delivery.

My food was wrong, so i called and the guy was very rude to me telling me i was wrong.horrible

Order pizza online said only 60 mins waited almost 2 hours called after an hour and 20 mins wait just to get an attitude from the manager saying my delivery was out well 20 mins later still no food called again to see where it was and with an attitude again I was told she would call him to see where he was. So never again will I get food from there got my pizza it was cold and not good I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I really like fox den food but the prices are up I've noticed and for that reason it's time to part ways. My favorite is the chicken tenders and potatoes but not for almost 10 dollars and the chicken looks smaller than it did before. These price increases are killing me.

Had their wings for the first time today and they are really good. Also, the pizza crust looks like it’s different now it is more puffy but it still tastes good. Overall I think this is one of the better pizza places. Also it’s always clean inside which is a huge plus.

Ordered online at 5: 18pm. Waited over an hour, called and received a laundry list of excuses. Was told they canceled the order. Still WAITING for my money to be refunded. I told the person I would order again online. They shut down online ordering! So, tried to order tonight, online ordering shut down again! Explain to me how early I'm supposed to order. How do you survive as a business?
