Absolutely fantastic experience with this place. The couple that run the store are real pros. They helped me puckout the best frame and made the whole process super easy.prices were very reasonable and when I couldn't come pick my framed pictures right away they held on to them for me until I was ready. 10/10, five stars, two thumbs up!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Absolutely wonderful experience with Kitty! I currently live in Huntington, WV but I had to come back home to C-bus for a quick trip. I needed to get 4 paintings framed on super short notice for an art show. I honestly didn’t think I’d be able to get them all custom framed and that I’d just have to get a ready made frame. But Kitty took care of me and worked with my budget and she and her husband worked with an extremely quick turnaround time. The paintings look so beautiful in their new frames and I will definitely be coming back!

Very happy with my experience. They helped me select mattes that complimented the artwork being framed. Made sure that it was done in time for Christmas. Very attentive to detail and pleasure to work with.

The woman who helped me was kind, friendly and super knowledgeable. She helped me choose a frame and matte that best complimented the artwork I brought in, as well as backing and hanging fixtures. Great quality and expertise. Frame was done in less than a week. Would recommend!

Incredible workmanship and pricing. They have all of my future business. I had a print stretched over a frame much larger than they typically do I believe. They did an incredible job. As I understand they actually had to purchase a larger stretcher to even complete the job.

So I found this frame being thrown away in my complex. Absolutely loved it and had the perfect print to go in. I called around and more than one framing shop sent me to Frame City because of the nature of the frame. From the time I walked in the customer service was phenomenal and they were very excited to see the unique frame and work with it. It had no matting, glass or proper hanging. For a super reasonable price they took care of me (even touching up some of the gold paint accents) and I couldn't be happier with the result! Thank you!

I went in with a 4x5 foot piece of art I painted. They were knowledgeable and helpful with picking out the perfect frame.

The final product as well as the turn time 1 week was exactly what I needed, not to mention it was a fraction of the asking price of JoAnn Etc.

Frame City did really great work framing a souvenir from a trip I took a couple years ago. I came in with an idea of what I was looking for - the owners helped me pick out a perfect frame, and the end result exceeded expectations! My custom frame was ready quickly, within a week and looks great in my home. I’ll be back!
