I had ordered an item online to be sent to a mall in aurora, IL for pickup. It somehow got sent to this store here in Ohio. After numerous attempts to get ahold of a francesca’s representative through their help line and email, my last Hope was to contact this store. I’m not sure the name of the employee at this store, but she was very helpful in tracking down my package. She took down my address and scheduled it to be sent straight to my house. Thank you for all your help making sure my order gets to me! Great customer service.
