Overall good experience, but I will share a few constructive criticisms I have reflecting as a first time buyer:

-Confusing at times how to reach realtor/personal lines vs.office vs.shared texting line
-Would have liked more discussion/time/stragtegizing with Frank himself
-Disappointed that no one has reached out to me since I've gotten the keys to the home to see how I like it/how things are going.

The Frank VanDresser Team was extremely helpful in getting me into my new home. Communication was one thing that stands out. There was a group text that someone was monitoring and would respond within minutes. I never had to chase someone down to get an answer to questions. I also liked the emails linking me to documents I needed to review. Communication seemed flawless, which is crucial in today's real estate market. If there is not quick communication, that house you want, maybe gone. That is what happened in my situation. The house I wanted was obtained because Frank's team communicated and responded quickly. Also, the lending and closing process was amazing. Frank's team walked me through every step of the way. Again, when I had questions, they found answers. The team members were honest and ethical. I extremely appreciated that!
