I purchased an $11,000 bike online. They said they won't work on it since I did not buy it there. It was simply getting the spokes tightened. As others state, they seem pretty arrogant. Thats fine, tons of other places will take my business. I guess since they did not get to make big bucks off of me via a sale, I'm of no use to them. They claimed they would be liable, haha. So.if you did not buy your bike from them, save your time, and go elsewhere.
