Franklin Park Mall reviews
16All of the stores I visited had excellent people working, they were friendly and very helpful.
As a store manager, I feel this mall should seriously rethink its youth supervision policy. I am beyond fed up with parents using this place as a daycare during the summer/holidays. Kids run rampant through the mall (even after it's "curfew" on Fridays and Saturdays), stealing, fighting and destroying my store. It's a real shame because this mall could be great. There's a nice selection of retailers and restaurants, but it's all severely marred by a lack of control over Kids causing chaos every single day and a security team that could care less.
What I always thought would be neat is if you showed pictures of the area before the Mall and construction of it plus pictures of it throughout the years.
Lots of shops and variety. Something for everyone. This mall is always bustling, compared to most “dead” malls around us. It’s always alive and I always have a good time.
Lately the security has been the best feature at all! I commend them for worrying about others safety though. So thank you for that
Drove an hour to Franklin Park Mall as we saw a scrub store for nurses listed online. When we arrived, we were disappointed to learn that the store no longer existed.
You're a good sizeable mall. Let's keep information online updated, please!
Amazing shopping mall! Lots to do! Worth the travel for me! Just a tad sad the subway in the food court had to go. It was a dad and his son. But other than that a superb mall!
Too many stores closed disappointing as other malls falling as well retail industry collapsing due to online selling booming sorry for the people who works in retail industry
Slowly coming back to life. Nice to see it clean and well maintained. Was happy with my visit.
This mall is pretty sketchy anymore. Plus, you can buy anything sold here online for cheaper. They do have a store that sells $9000 shoes, though!? Hahaha
Old navy wanted to charge me. 15 for a bag after spending 60.00. I'll never go there again
Very great place to go with your family or friends and hangout so many stores inside and outside the Franklin Park Mall and also the food court have great places to grab something to eat or if you just wanna relax and buy tickets to see a movie with family or friends it's just a wonderful place to experience.
Love Franklin Park Mall! Great selection of stores and the last time I was there, every spot seem to have filled a recent vacant space. The mall has had its up and downs with crime but overall I felt safe walking around. Saw lots of mall security and Toledo Police.
It was very pog. Key advice for kids getting dragged their with their parents. DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING. You are very likely to break something and then your parents will have to pay for it and then they will be mad at you for the rest of the day.
One of the few malls I've visited recently that had very few, if any vacancies. Great atmosphere, and great store selection. B
Shopping is pretty diverse with a 3 anchor department stores, retail and specialty stores. Food court options could use additional eating places. Seating throughout the mall has improved. Covid-19 was responsible for earlier elimination of seating.
