Called and left a message late Sunday night outside of regular business hours that I was in the need of a hot water tank and outside spigot replaced- by 8am Frecka had called me back and scheduled me same day. A young man named David showed up timely and did an outstanding job- explained everything in great detail! Excellent service and this young man represented the company in a wonderful professional manner!

Mike and Matt. Frecka plumbing took all the worry and anxiety out of my life for the last problem I had. They came in one day and installed two brand new toilets in my hundred-year-old house. If they'll have me as a customer, I'd like to continue with them as well

They worked in my vapor barrier protected crawl space. They documented in detail what they were going to do, they did it very well and the cost was fair.

Very nice job and was nice to my grumpy old cat. We got a toilet installed and a leaky sink drain fixed. He talked through what he would likely need to do ahead of time and was on time and finished quickly even though there were extra complications especially with the toilet (old bad flange and very rusty overall).

Whoever drives one of your vans down near Akron/New Franklin area is one of the most unprofessional and aggressive drivers I have ever come across. Pulls out in front of people, honks, flashes high beams. Cut me off and then 6 miles later has the audacity to cut me off and honk at me. Does not represent your business well. I will be sure to spread the word to not use you guys.

I needed to replace a stack pipe and my tub drain needed resealed. Frecka came out for an estimate very quickly and worked around my schedule to get everything I needed done in a single day. Chris and Josh were on time, and finished a big job very quickly. When the job was quoted, there was a chance that a portion of the wall in my bathroom would need to be removed to fasten the stack pipe. Chris and Josh were able to fasten the stack without having to remove any portion of the wall, which I greatly appreciated. I wanted to go with a local business, and I'm glad I did!

Needed my cast iron waste stack replaced. No one was willing to give me an estimate except for Frecka out of 5 companies I called. They came on time, worked all day and came in less than the estimate! 2 guys worked all day. I was impressed and when my son looked at the work they had done he was impressed too. He said they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them!

I had contacted Frecka to replace some piping under my sink which was done improperly and also replace a valve on my toilet. They had sent out Tim who was absolutely wonderful, he explained everything and the cost for doing both of these 2 projects was VERY reasonable and well worth the money!

Our hot water tank at work decided to die right before Christmas. They answered the phone promptly and scheduled the replacement for the following week. It only took a few hours for the replacement and they did a great job. Highly recommend!

We just used this company to install some plumbing that we needed for our gas dryer. The guy who scheduled with us on the phone was great and even asked for photos (which I sent by text) so that their technician could plan his work and be ready when he got to our house. Sump grinder in our basement was inoperable. I called and spoke to Ryan. We set an appointment. When Chris came out, water was already flowing up from my basement water heater / dehumidifier drain. Chris worked quickly, results were great. The fixed sump area was resealed, looked professional, and the price was very affordable. I highly recommend Frecka, and will use them again.
