Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers reviews
20Very friendly staff and food was great. Everyone I actually didn't spend anything my dinner was bought for me but I believe our bill was close to $30
Prices and food good. And they had at least 1 friendly worker, which is rare in most restaurants anymore!
If I could have gave them a 0 I would have the food was not right and burgers were over cooked the cheese curds were way over cooked and so greasy if you could ring them out I'd have enough grease to fry egg in the morning the concerts were like milk shacks. We spent over $100 on food for the family tonight that I wouldn't have paid $20 for as much as we like Freddy's we will never go to this location again I will drive to the Liberty town center location
My order was correct unlike most of the other people who left reviews. That was about the only good thing that came from tonight. The burgers were WELL DONE, dry, & poorly assembled. The fries were old, not even the slightest bit crunchy just chewy. Pretty disappointed since my boyfriend & I love Freddy's, can't say we'll be coming back to this one though.
This is the first time ive stopped at one. I hear about Freddy's all the time and finally stopped in. Great food i will be back. The desserts look to be where its at. I cant wait to get them all to try!
It was our first visit. We specifically asked for unsalted fries 3x when ordering.after an extremely long wait. We get to the window and ask if the fries are unsalted.apparently our request was not received. She took the bag back.went to tell the person putting the orders together and comes back to say, we put fry seasoning not salt on our fries. I said okay, we don't want fry seasoning either. So we wait longer. We finally get our order, only to have cold fried with seasoning on both orders of fries.
Guess who isn't going back!
The girl who helped us at the drive thru I had to stop and ask her name. FRANKIE is so kind and polite, and her attention to detail was very appreciated. We forgot to order a drink and she immediately offered to correct it for us. Thank you for your help!
The service is super slow but I keep coming back because the food is good. It's not uncommon to get cold fries but maybe that's because they're thin.
We went between lunch and dinner. We got bacon double cheese burger. I had fries. My hubby got onion rings. We each got drinks. The food was hat and fresh.i tasted an onion ring it was very good. We enjoyed the food. We ate in the booth we sat in, the was could be a bit cleaner. We will be going back
I got a melt and the Chicago style hot dog. I was more impressed with the dog than the melt. The bun was very good and the ingredients were fresh. It was probably too much food.
Was a nice visit for my 1st time Management was nice an helpful as hell her name is Laura Williams, she needs big promotion
It was the bad service.we had 3 drinks. They handed them to us and said they don't know whats what.we had 2 diabetics in the car, that's just asking for medical issues.
Food was old and cold and a place that has custard in their name, their ice-cream machines were down for the night.really?
The service isn’t bad or good here for my first time being here. The main problem here for me was the burger. It was so thin the toppings just took over. I understand it’s not you average hamburger but to me it wasn’t worth he price. If it wasn’t the custard being so good I wouldn’t come back. It’s not a terrible place but if you don’t like thin burgers I wouldn’t come here.
This review speaks to Freddy’s in general— I used to love coming here for their chicken fingers, but they’ve recently switched from real chicken breast tenders that were breaded/fried to fake pre-formed tender-shaped chicken that tastes/feel like chicken-flavored sponges, kind of like McDonalds (only McDonald’s is much cheaper.) Prices are too high for the quality, so we won’t be going to Freddy’s any longer.
Although I like the food here, and my kids absolutely love it (which is why I gave it 3 stars), the service has been terrible in my past couple experiences. It's a bit of a shame as I think they used to have better service.
The food is great but the store needs to pay more attention to cleaning, doors were dirty as not being cleaned for days.
Freddy Frozen Custard usually has great food. Today may have been an off day as the french fries were not fresh. I will give them points for friendly and fast service. I wont give up on you Freddy.we all deserve a second chance.
Custard was good, but the atmosphere was not. No clean tables, trash in the parking lot and inside while 4 of the employees are sitting at booths looking at their phones. Drink station was dirty, no straws or lids for cups, cashier seemed annoyed when I asked for napkins. This place started out so nice, now it's left much to be desired.
Did mobile order for dine-in. Got here with family and doors locked. Went to drive-thru to speak to someone and find out why doors closed hours early. Was told due to staffing issues. This is this third time this has happened on visits here in last year.
The Winton Road location was on top of things, good portions of food, clean bathroom, attentive employees. Freddy's and myself are back at peace again!
