I cannot recommend Free Bee Pest Control enough. They were helpful and accommodating from the time of estimate through the end of service, with lots of updates along the way. We had several quotes from other companies at much higher prices with much lower customer service standards.

Eric was the name of the technician that showed up in my house he was also the one I spoke with on the phone earlier in the week unfortunately due to scheduling conflict he actually came out on a Sunday to take care of my issue which I thought was pretty awesome.
He had given me a range high to low quote over the phone without even seeing the job and wants he was here and actually viewed what he had to deal with it came in closer to the low end of the quote which is unusual most companies lean more towards the high end of the quote he was more than fair with his price and very professional.
Once he actually found the nest he realized that the job was bigger than he anticipated but he completed it without hesitation and at an additional cost which was also very surprising.
As I said he's very professional and also very pleasant to talk to. I would not hesitate to hire him in the future with any other issues I may have and also I will recommend him to anybody that needs his type of service.

I'm a supervisor at a local restoration company. We had a customer that had a flea infestation. They struggled and tried flea bombs but could not get ahead of the problem. It took one phone call to Eric and one visit to completely remove them. I couldn't be happier with the service provided and our customer has a clean home with out unwanted pest. Free Bee came out to our home to assess bees on a high chimney. They were very prompt in both creating and making good on their scheduled time. They they did a spot treatment for us free of charge as they didn’t feel the issue warranted a true plan of care. We will be sure to use them again if the need arises and appreciate their honesty.

This company is all the things: high quality, great value, professional, responsive, and prompt. They enthusiastically removed a large, active hornet nest from a gable twenty feet in the air over highly uneven ground in under 30 minutes - they are unflinching professionals. And they showed up within two hours even though it wasn't an emergency. Uncompromising commitment to the craft and to customer service.

It's obvious they take genuine pride their work - they're not merely doing a job for the sake of having a job. The work was clearly explained, thoroughly documented, and came with a warranty. Their fee was, in my opinion, extremely affordable. I unhesitatingly recommend them.

Let me tell you, Andrea and Jacob showed up to my house ready for war with those bees. Initially I was thinking "whats this 5 foot nothing lady going to do two stories in the air with a bee hive"? Even though I heard her yelling, she was on that ladder in a bee suit relentlessly dropping bombs on that nest. Even her son stayed by her side at the bottom of the ladder without a suit hyping her up. I was so impressed by their confidence, professionalism and service I sent them to my mom house to terminate those bee's too. Awesome responsiveness. We noticed bees crawling under our house's faciaboard on a Monday night and by Tuesday 8: 30 in the morning they had been treated by free Bee pest control!

I left a message for them Monday night and Eric called me first thing in the morning. He asked great questions and explained most likely scenario and treatment. The tech came out immediately and I did not have to be home.

Jakob, the tech, called me with what he found, the total cost, and completed the job then and there.

He sent a follow-up text of what to watch for and what to do next and so I was able to have that to share with my husband and not forget anything he said.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Not only is the products they use amazing, they are truly the kindest people I have ever met. We had issues with numerous types of bugs in the home we recently bought, and have not had an issue with any since they have came to our home.
