6WONDERFUL AN HELPFUL EMPLOYEES! WE SWITCHED AFTER 25 YEARS WITH DIFFERENT BANKING ESTABLISHMENT BECAUSE OF RUDE EMPLOYEES! WITH MEDICAL ISSUES I OFTEN WILL NEED HELP AN OUR OTHER BANK WEREN'T ALWAYS ACCOMMODATING
They need to be like other banks and give you 24 hours for your overdraft. It's messed up that some days I have hours to fix it and others its instant. You guys need to have one set time. I'd rather go to a new bank that gives their people time to fix their mistakes
Last month I was out doing routine grocery shopping when my husband's card was mysteriously declined at the checkout. This was for an amount less than $400. I apologized to the clerk, that I would have to leave my full cart of groceries and find out what the problem was. After contacting the bank, we were told that "everyone" shopping at Walmart was being flagged for fraud alerts, and the security company should have called him to confirm. WELL, he wasn't called, he was sent a text message during working hours that he didn't even see. We decided to call back and speak to someone who could explain to us in further detail why the bank would just flippantly be denying people access to their funds like that. The woman we spoke with was belligerent and insisted we speak with her instead of a manager. We were on speaker, and she complained that she could not hear me. When I spoke louder for her so she could hear me, she complained that I was yelling at her and began to yell over me and actually called me names! I never received an apology (mind you I spent 2 hours shopping for that cart of groceries that I had to leave at the checkout, plus humiliation, plus driving time and having to do it all over again). I also let her know that nothing I was being told even met the common sense test - definitely not professional on any level. After this, we were told to speak with someone else and given the same run around - that the banks actions were totally normal and happen to "everybody". Guess what? I'm 40 years old and bank with a few other banks and I've NEVER had my card declined for fraud alerts, or been treated so unprofessionally by a bank employee. In fact, one of my other banks sends me fraud alerts via email that I "do not need to respond to" unless I didn't make the purchase. They would never just deny me access to funds at checkout. Maybe the nice people at FFCU really do just like to target those low-income people of Walmart?
Ron the mortgage officer went on vacation while we were supposed to have a closing on a house. He took too long getting the paperwork done and failed to get it done before he went on vacation. This caused us to lose the house. We will never use the Fremont Federal Credit Union again because of Ron.
I really do feel like taking all of my money out and closing my account this Monday! This is ridiculous! Whenever I talk to someone here, they always give me an attitude or screw up on something. Almost all of the credit unions in the united states have a "Non Branch-ATM policy" that states that the credit union pays you back ATM fees at the end of the month with cash back on online purchases. Another thing is that I hate how I have to wait 2 months to get a debt card! Is everyone getting paid minimum wage here and does not know how to do there job here?
I just walked into the bank a guy wrote me a bad check that was drawn on them lady come back from the back and basically told me that I need to leave she was not going to help us I was filing a complaint with the police department the police department had asked me to come down and get the check stamped and sufficient finsufficient funds and the lady basically ran me out of the bank and I would not suggest anybody do any banking with these people if they're going to be this rude
