Fremont Federal Credit Union, Woodville OH

I’ve been a member here for years. I highly recommend this branch. Everyone is always so welcoming and pleasant to deal with.

Been trying to open an account for 2 weeks and no one can help me apparently except Kim. I’ve called 4 different times and no one calls back. I’ll just open an account at another bank. I can’t keep waiting around.

Wonderful experience at the Woodville branch! Mary Paul is an absolute pleasure to work with! She answered all my questions and communicated with me in a timely manner. If you need any financial help or just to open a checking/ savings account I highly recommend reaching out to her personally!:)

Would not recommend this branch too anyone worst experience with a bank I ever had. If you doo choose to bank with them dont plan on using you debt card on a holiday weekend. Was almost left stranded out of state could not get no assistance what so ever and the staff in woodville location is the worst. Love the comedor perry branch definitely stay away this bank poorly ran. Used too have great staff not sure what there issue is over past year but account closed 100 dollars short but ima take my loss and move on.

Thank you for not trying to help when someone is in a situation due to covid and behind. Thank you for trying to help giving options of payment instead of wanting full payments. Will never use this credit union again

Couldn’t ask for a better home town bank! Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and take care of your needs. GZ would be very proud it as if a piece of him is still there. The staff continues to run the Woodville branch as he always did.
