Fremont Floor Covering

I had called wanting a estimate on what it would cost to put linoleum inn he was on vacation and would get back to me the following week in the meantime I went in and picked out a remnant that I wanted they put it on hold for me the guy never called me back never reached out to me I'm thinking this is very bad customer and the guy I talked to first when I called he called several times going over the same thing we had already gone over before and I'm thinking is he not listening you know they seem to think you come in and pick out your linoleum your remnant how would you know what the pic if you didn't know the size that you needed that makes no but I measured it myself went in found a room that I like that was almost $300 and they put it on hold and I was waiting for the guy to get back from vacation the following week to follow up with me he never did so I went to a competitor spent over $3,000 so I have a different company that I rate very high to do my work for me but this company here I would neverthey do not get in touch with you they do not follow through sometimes when the guy kept calling I'm thinking is he confused does he know what he's talking about we've talked about this now three different times the same thing so I wasn't sure why he kept calling cuz we had already went over this the first time I called so no I would not use this company whatsoever

The sales staff are we always a pleasure to work with. When estimate was done they were on time and answered any questions we had. The estimate was very competitive, and better than most.
