French Tip Nails Salon, Canton OH

Went in with a small group of ladies. They did an okay job on our nails. They did not speak to us much and did not have the colors that any of us wanted.

This was my very first time ever getting my nails done. I was getting them done for my wedding. Me, and 3 of my bridal party came in that we scheduled a few weeks in advance. I was a little disappointed that when we arrived they kept 3 of us together and took my other friend clear on the other side of the room. Then sat 2 complete strangers next to us. I was confused because we scheduled in advance and they separated us rather than putting the stranger where my friend was. Anyway I figured they had good reason so I didn't mention it. The lady I had was super friendly but she was a tad bit rough and spent a lot of time on her phone in between doing my nails. They didn't have any of the colors I wanted so I had to settle with a color that I didn't want. All my nails have bubbles and brown specks on them. She never made me wash my nails off or anything after grinding them down. I've never had my nails done before so I wasn't sure of the process but I'm pretty sure they're not supposed to have so many bubbles with dirt in them. When I got my feet done they were covered in oil so I didn't want to put them straight back into my dress shoes, normally they give you disposable flops. So I wasn't going to put my shoes back on but she started yelling at me so as soon as I got to the nail station I took my shoes back off to air dry. I would recommend this place for customers that have done this before so they know what to demand and ask for. I feel like I settled on nails that I didn't want. Although she did do a really good job on my toes!

I don’t know what should I tell. This is the third time I visited today but not at all satisfy with the service for pedicure. She didn’t even concentrate on what she is doing and very careless, not even speak single word of English. She just did timepass on my legs. Even when I ask her she told me that your legs are clean no need to to put more work then why did she charged for that? And for nail polish also she is doing simply and while asking questions she didn’t even given proper reply. Very rude and no proper way of customer service. But only one thing she did good for herself is she asked for tip. Very disappointed and waste of money 70$.

I keep tryig to find a salon closer to home but I keep going back to French Tip. Nobody does a better job. They have a huge selection of polishes and do a great job on nail art.

I love ruby she never disappoints me her and Tina are the best I always set an appointment with ruby. Never un happy and I pick color and let her do her own design

I really feel like if I ask for a certain service that they claim they offer I should be able to get it especially nail polish'im not gonna continue to tip these folks for service I can't get

I was a few minutes late to my appointment because of traffic coming from work and Lisa saw me right away anyways! During my service Lisa was very patient with me being picky about the way my nails were painted and did everything super quick for me! Also, I forgot I had a 10% off coupon until after I had already paid for my service so Lisa gave me my money back and money off of another service that I decided I wanted last minute. This was the best experience I’ve had here so far.

Honestly, this place was the worst experience I've ever had getting my nails done. It was my first time there. They were rude and rushing. The guy cut my finger. I have crooked, uneven, and blemished nails. They could be worse, but they should be better. If you don't have time for an appointment take it on.

Went today for a fill with Ann.was going good until I asked her to fix one nail well she slapped my hand hard and told me next time to go to someone else.she had me in tears because I was taken back by the way I was spoke to and her slapping me. Not sure if I will be back to your salon. The people sitting next to me couldn't believe it either. This is really sad because I really like your salon.

Absolutely satisfied! Just moved to the area in April, and FINALLY found the nail salon I’m sticking with! They’re good! Definitely recommend!

Best place I've been to. Only place I go to and only have 1 person I have do them. They are affordable and the outcome is never disappointing. I love French tip, been coming for few years now and won't go anywhere else! Thank you guys for being so awesome all the way around!

I love love love my nail tech! Sam is amazing he always makes sure I’m happy. If the colors I wanted don’t go together like I thought he never complains about changing them. Always so friendly. I have looked for years for a nail tech and I am finally happy! Anyone looking for a new nail tech go seee Sam! You will not be disappointed?

Service was good. The guy was a bit rough but he got the job done. Wasn't personable but again I went there for my nails not to make friends. Quality work and he had another salon artist do my nail art which I appreciated because he didn't give me a straight no and was honest he wasn't able to do my request. She did a good job w what I wanted drawn on. Overall decent experience

I went in today as I do every 2 weeks I go to Tina everytime nobody else she has been doing my nails for years. Well today an the last time I went I only got a fill an a nail repair. Now the first time I went I had 2 broke nails plus my fill an NO COLOR as I do my own nail art now but I was charge 20 dollars an I tipped 5 ok so today I would like to know how I had 1 nail repair an a fill again NO POLISH an I paid 30 bucks how does that work I could see if I got some type of color but for a fill an one broke nail NEVER AGAIN an just so nobody can say I did get color I will post a pic before I do my nails

I absolutely love French Tip. I've been coming here for over 14 years now. Lisa is always so kind and knows me by name. Ruby never disappoints when I am in her chair.

My daughter and I came in today and we had a great experience. I made an appointment online they took us in quick and my nails look amazing. Would recommend to anyone looking to pamper yourself. We will be back.

I have been going here off and on for about seven years. Most of the technicians do a great job, but my favorite is Mei at station # 4. Now, she always do my manicure and pedicure and gel manicure the way I like it. I have been to fancier and more expensive salons, and I did not like the services nor the prices. French tip gives great service for a very affordable price. The only thing negative I will say is the salon is dated, and bathroom has no grab bars for handicap people. I take my elderly mother there, and everyone is very patient and keeps an eye in here.

Good place. They know my face when I walk in and if my specific nail tech isn't working that day, they immediately inform me. I highly recommend Ann. I like alot of bright colors and also if I wanna add or change anything, she has no problem assisting me. I won't go to any other place.

This salon was filthy and they refused to speak English the entire time I was there with my 11 year old daughter. No air conditioning, trash can over flowing, dirty nail brushes piled in large fish bowl next to sink, trash cans over flowing and zero respect for their customers. The prices are the same as an upscale spa. Do not be fooled by the $28 acrylic nail set offer. It's $45 dollars for a full set and they will look like a child did them. Even a one star review is to nice for what we experienced. Worst part is, I understood some of what they were saying, and they were talking trash about everyone they were working on in the salon. Absolutely DO NOT USE THEM! My daughter had to paint her nails when she got home. It was suppose to be halloween themed nails. Total disaster
