Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Our cat went in for a neuter and is on the mend and healing well. They do a great job here!

If I could make my review a zero I would. I came in yesterday begging for help for my best friend of 8 years. These people treated me as if I had the disease. Wanting my information only as my dog was going thru a seizures. I begged for help and was turned away. My dog ended up passing away. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. The only place out of everywhere I contacted that helped was Animal Clinic in Proctorville. Unfortunately because of business like this one it was too late. Just goes to show if you don't have that all mighty dollar in Gallia County NO ONE CARES.

Dr. Shelton and her staff are top notch. They treat your animals like they would their own. ️

The only veterinary around that accepts and works with the "Snap" program of Gallia county! Grateful

They are amazing they're not very expensive they was really really good to me when I had to put my 15-year-old cat to sleep they sent me a card giving their condolences very very very wonderful people I take all my animals there thank you so much for being such good people and having really good hearts

I moved away and still drive an hour for Angie to see my dog. They're all so wonderful!

This place is absolutely awful. Especially the young girl that works there. She is rude and needs to learn how to respect the owners that are bringing their pets here. I am not happy about this experience.

This not a good place to take your fur babies. They rush you to much and don't take the time to explain things to you. You never see the doctor. And they're always wanting more money for something. I definitely would not recommend this place.

My mother has been taking our pups here for over a year now. We have a small 15yr old dog who' we are going to have to put to sleep. This girl shana spoke rudely to my mother when called to ask about it. My mother asked for the amount an the womantold her things wasnt free an no one could get back with her bc they was all busy an booked up! Are you serious! That's how you talk to a person losing their baby! That's how you treat a customer! When my mother told her she was rude an she wanted to speak to the dr or who was over her she told my mother no one would be getting back with her! This is the type of ppl working there!
