Fresh Express Laundry Services, Findlay OH

Very clean environment and lots of washers and dryers to choose from. A little pricey compared to other laundry mats but worth it for the convenience of using my debit card. My only complaint is that one out of their two 80 pound dryers have been out of order for about a month. It's pretty inconvenient since that's usually the unit I use to wash my clothes.

I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years, the staff here makes you feel right at home. They are there to help in whatever way they can. Clean and inviting. Outstanding service and staff……Tammy, (my favorite) Kathy and at times Sherry all will do what they need to do to get you through your stay

New washer's and dryer's that clean and dry in half da tyme da old ones did. Can't wait for da other place to open its closer to home.

Came here with my brother to do laundry, I had maybe 3-4 loads while my brother had 1. When we came back almost an hour later, all of my clothes were taken out of the washing machines by someone who works there. Just mine, not my brothers. After getting home I come to find that some of my clothes are also missing. Which is theft. I will not be back here.

Great place! Clean facility. Friendly and helpful staff. The washers and dryers are all newer. Even have a designated washer for animal items - horse/pet blankets, pet beds, etc. Cash or Card (on each unit). They even have this reward system for a free dryer credits per so much spent on washers - just ask one of the lovely ladies at the desk. There's an app and everything for the rewards card system. It connects to the units and can actually tell you real time when each washer cycle changes and your laundry is done. Oh, yeah, you can even drop off laundry and pick it back up later - all clean and folded (for a small service fee).

Place is the cleanest in town for a laundry facility. I also love that I don't need to have a lot of quarters, as the machines also can take a debit card. And there's always plenty of big washers of a variety of sizes.

I love this facility. They have 90 lb load washers, which I love.

You can leave without worry if you have other stuff to accomplish. Through out the time frame you may feel the need to sit they have t.v. S and seating. New washers dryers.fast.

Machines are very clean. The offer drop off services. The associates are friendly. The owner, not so much. I would reccomend that you smell the machines before you use them. There are alot of cigarettes smokers that use the machines and your clothes will come out smelling like cigarettes. My only complaint is if you are going to use your debit card, prepare for a $15 dollar hold for each machine you use. I usually use the washer, dryer and machine to get detergent and they hold $45 which is a bit much. Especially since I only spend $15.

Manager with glasses and huge teeth is extremely unprofessional and nasty and rude. Hunted my boyfriend and I down the whole time while we did our clothes, Kept counting down the minutes to me telling me I had such and such time left then even inserted herself into our conversation. Could hear her airing her personal business on the phone throughout the whole laundry mat, When she wasn't bothering. Had to hear her complain that she's worked all day and needs to go home and she's forced to work doubles. Like isnt this your job? I will not be back. I would prefer to do my laundry in a less negative and intrusive environment

It doesn't look like anything fancy on the outside but the inside is quite impressive. Brand new washers and dryers that will take quarters or card. Opened 7 days week until 11 p.m. With an attendant on duty.

Went in to do laundry woman working tonight was super rude I asked her if she could break a 20 so I wouldnt have a lot of quarters left over couldn't bother to do that. I have been coming here for almost a year now once a week I'll take my business to some one that wants my business. And another customer I spoke to outside said shes just lazy and didnt want to have to do anything they were also leaving so you lost 2 customers! Bad business!

There's a Caucasian woman there that follows my husband around and asks him questions whenever he gets quarters to use their facility.

I was told by the owner today that I must wear a mask to be in the facility, after she pulled hers down. Very Unprofessional, ill have to see if I can get a pic of her to submit to health department

The cleanest laundromat in the city. The machines takes debit cards which makes it very convenient. The waiting areas are comfortable and plenty of carts and folding tables.
