Fricker's, Troy OH

Food was pretty good, service was good. Couple of their games did not work (they don't have many) and the floors were pretty gross.

Discussting dirty bathrooms that haven't been cleaned in a loong time, our table was so dirty and sticky that we didn't want to touch the table with our hands or napkins.
When our food arrived the burgers were over cooked and bone dry. The chicken nachos Supreme was mostly lettuce and broken chips. They were very stingy with the cheese. I showed the waitress and she agreed and brought me and small container of cheese. (She charged me $1.00)
The table was so nasty the plates were sticking to the table.
We didn't even finish our food. We asked for the bill, paid and left the food on the table.
The bad food might have been a fluke? I don't know. But their is no excuse for the lack of cleanliness of this frickers. We will never come back to this Discusting location.

Food wasn't as good as usual. Got ready to check out, waitress automatically assumed that the money owed back to me was going to be her tip. I had put a tip on the table, when she finally gave me the money owed, she was going to short change me again. Probably won't go back there anytime soon.

Server was right there as soon as we sat took our order brought our drinks quickly, made us feel like we were the only ones there.

My steak was rare both times they cooked it when it was supposed to be medium, and my daughters chicken chunks had a hair in them. They remade them but in no way shape or form did they try and make up for it with any discounts or anything so that was disappointing I didn't even get to eat my steak I wasn't going to see if they could cook it a third time

Courtney the bartender definitely needs a raise! She gives outstanding service and always goes above and beyond! Even remembers our phone number for rewards points!

Good food, slower service, fairly standard overall. Great if you're wanting to sit and BS, not so much when running around.

Figured this review needed an update. They have some major training issues as an organization. When you can double check your not crazy on Google about the meaning of the word "dry", they've got issues. Good luck getting a standard delivery from them. Apparently "dry" means "damp" here.

Terrible customer service. Had to ask 3 times to get refills, she messed our order up 3 times the food was cold she messed our checks up so we asked for a manager and he was no help either. They were all very disrespectful. I will never go back to this location

I was good they service is something slow but it was saint Patty's day and busy so that is to be expected. The kids had fun playing with other kids.

We love this Frickers location! The staff is amazing and we have had fantastic service every visit! The food always good and our orders are always correct. Great job!

I tried to leave another review, but Google would not let me. We had another fantastic visit with excellent food and service. I really appreciate everything that this location does to make us feel welcomed.

1st time at Frickers was great even though I don't eat chicken, but there's other menu items to be had, the Dawg was yummy and will return to try something else

Absolutely terrible! Ordered well done burgers and got a mushy reddish pink burger! Asked them to finish cooking it, I got my burgers back with burnt buns and still pink meat! Fries were raw and chili was also terrible! I’m so glad I didn’t order chicken since they undercooked everything we ordered! I won’t be back to that location!

It was okay the service was good until it was time for us to get our check and we waited 15 minutes after she took our plates to ever get

Enjoyed great service and great food! One of servers was Sammie and she did wonderful with the amount of people she took care of! Will definitely go back!

Me and a bunch of friends ate at this location last night and was very disappointed. We waited for 2 hours from the time we sat down till the time we received our food. The food was not even hot when we received it, my friends burger was under cooked and I woke up today realizing that we just paid a $200 tab for food poisoning. The only reason this review is getting 2 stars is because the server was nice and it was not her fault that the service sucked. Will not be going to this location anytime soon.

Great service. Food was hot and the bone in wings are Delicious! Ficken good nachos have too much lettuce. Kids game area is not very big and Air hockey does not work.
