I am offended by your commercials that paint a broad stroke about nursing home abuse. While cases of neglect occur they are generally rare. Most employees care for their residents and their wellbeing. Your scare tactics are despicable.

Sooooo I got into an accident whenever I was 17 years old (35 now) that prevented me for working for about 10 years that paralyzed my right arm I was in a coma for a month because of a head trauma. Think about that I wasn't right in my brain for years after this, and all I received is $50,000. Granted my family kind of screwed me over, but I nearly make that within one year as a FedEx driver. This injury took me from a great future to nothing. And I got nothing for it. Point of the story here is that it took about 10 years after this incident for a job to look at me, and I got paid nearly one year salary.

Get this? I have the police report from the other passengers and I have a report from this lawyers office of those same passengers and they're different... I was just brought to light and given these lawyer statements, as everything was hidden from me before is now coming to light. I thought we weren't allowed to lie to courts.apparently I can lie and it's ok those other passengers have lied to me since then and acted as friends until the truth came to light... Go figure. The reason why I took this post down because I couldn't reply to the response so this is all I had to say. Maybe they help other people but nobody has ever helped me. Maybe you did do everything for me I don't know I'm not a lawyer but that should have been seen whenever it happened that the police report and the lawyers document report is different.

As I was saying you probably do help some people out so thank you for that. If anybody thinks that that is justified what I went through and didn't get? Then maybe you should check your prospectives out.

Marco was such a fantastic lawyer for our daughter. We had another lawyer start the case who couldn't complete it and it was referred over to Marco. He went in full force grabbing the bull by the horns and within months had everything taken care of and complete.
