On the right day, with the right folks in a kind and helpful mood, they can be extremely helpful and even mildly comforting to the much less fortunate; and in the same token, the same folks can be quite rude, condescending, and judgemental. I witnessed as they singled out a man that was cleaning up the donation area and organizing the donations that people had left in complete disarray and even threatened to call the police on him for being on the property! The same people had fed this particular man 13 days in a row and had introduced themselves to him each day as if they'd never seen him before in life. And all 13 days he was there for lunch and dinner! Nearly 2 full weeks seeing this man twice a day and still didn't recognize him.after the threats of police, he never returned. I see him panhandle for change just for a hot coffee and maybe a sandwich, getting things thrown on him from ignorant drivers flying past and spit at more than I can bare to see! But he goes hungry and cold if he can't get what's necessary to remain full and warm throughout the night! They treated me like Gold when I was the one in need and treated that man who's tattoos on his neck and arms made him the most recognizable out of the any of the other folks that gather there DAILY

The most helpful people and great, free food and other necessities like coats, clothes and hygiene materials. I wish every neighborhood had something like this.

Grateful for a place that cares about those forgotten by Society. And they get very nice fashionable clothes still with the tags on it. I'm a little jelly

Place still makes you wear a mask I have asthma and they still make me wear a mask and I have been vaccinated I can't breath with a mask on either

They helped us when we were desperate and now we help them. Every town should have a Friendship Room.

Thank you guys for providing what you do. All my clothes and personal belongings were stolen a couple weeks ago and you all had just the right clothes so I could shower and clean up.finally. Thank you.
