I just had a hitch put on my van. I can not say enough about this company. First of all, they have everything you need and if they don't have it, they can get it. I needed a special hitch to haul a carrier for my wheelchair. This is literally my freedom to be able to go places alone. Not only did they get my hitch, but they installed my lift that I bought from Harbor Freight. I looked into companies that specialize in installing lifts. It was way too much for me as I was paying out of pocket. Friess did this job for me for less than $700, compared to Durable Medical Equipment companies wanting $4,100 to $6,000 for the same exact job. They even had the tie downs i needed to keep my chair secure. Thank you, Chris, and the rest of the staff who helped me out. You did a great job, and I appreciate you all.

Quality work and great communication! I brought my boat trailer in to get the bearings replaced and some lights fixed. (they appreciated me NOT bringing the boat too) Not only did they get the job done in time for my family to enjoy the boat by the weekend but they saved me $125 by not replacing a wiring harness that I assumed needed to be done. Friess is an honest outfit and I really appreciate businesses with that kind of integrity. Highly recommended!

I cold called from Pittsburgh looking for a semi rare part for flat towing on a Monday. They not only had it, but shipped it to me immediately to get me going on my trip, I had it and installed by Wednesday. If I need any towing parts in the future they will be my first call.
