Frisch's Big Boy, Fremont OH

Not enough workers, but that's everywhere. Food portions were small and food wasn't very hot. Nothing to make issues over, but people need to get jobs and help the workforce.

They still have some of the old favorite sandwiches. I would like to see more healthy choices. Gluten free bread would be appreciated. The waitress was very attentive.

These guys are rocking it, especially for being short staffed! The drive through person had plenty of good personality and willing to go the extra mile with a smile! Food was hot and accurate! Spot on and great work!

Waited an hour and a half for the waitress to come out and tell us they couldn’t find our order! Worst service in the area

Big boy burger tasted like a big boy but sure didnt look like one. Small in size and fries were crinkle cut. Not like the big boys we have in michigan.

I was just in the drive-thru now. The women that was taking our order was V. E. R. Y.rude! We were ording and she was talking to fast for us to understand so we asked her one time what she was saying and got a horrible attitude raising her voice at us and I had my autistic sons window down in the back set and he is now having a meltdown because he thought you were yelling at him! Be greatful this mother isn't coming into the restaurant! I hope u get fired and u hit a deer. She was EXTREMELY RUDE. Not just a little rude like she might be having a bad day, like VERY VERY rude to were my kid is having a meltdown. I will be calling corporate to tell them how this experience was. Absolutely awful! Btw don't comment back "Im So SoRrY fOr YoUr BaD eXpErIeNcE. " I don't want to hear it.

I ran into an old friend, and we had some good conversation and a trip down Memory Lane. Food and service were both very good.

Person was eating fries in the kitchen with no mask on. Wrong item was given and when it was pointed out to the cashier she took the receipt out of my hand and crumpled it. When the replacement item was given, a bowl of chili, the supposed bowl was half full. Family was disappointed espe6since this was the first time that I had the opportunity to take them there. First impressions are lasting impressions.

Just go there at night and u will find out. 10 minutes in the drive thru and no fries pull around and have been waiting 16 minutes. I'm out of here! And won't ever be back what a joke. Hope they enjoy the money they ripped me off.

Very good food at a very good price. Took my grands there. Haven't been there in quite a while, they have an impressive menu also.

Mother's Day breakfast. Busy but we were sat within a reasonable amount of time. Our waitress took very good care of us and food was good.

Awful service from our waitress. She seemed bothered we showed up to eat & interrupted her cigarette break. The restaurant was filthy. When I asked for a couple boxes to take leftovers home the waitress came back with one. I asked her again for one more please. When she returned with the 2nd box she threw it in front of me & walked away. The food was good the chef did a great job! But I would never take my family there again because of the way the waitresses treated the customers. Wasn't a family friendly environment at all. I was so disappointed with our visit 1st time experience there.

My daughter and I had the beat late lunch ever. Food was delicious. Service by Crystal was very warming and welcoming.

Very disappointed in serving size when carryout. Ordered a Chicken BLT salad that is priced and advertised as a meal. I have had this salad several times. Tonight it wasn't much more than a glorified side salad for the same cost.

Food and service were good.very disappointed when an old gentle came in with a trump shirt came in. The waitress said loudly. "love the shirt! " then the gentlemen said "I don't want a damn democrat in there" Even if the waitress supported trump.she should have kept that to herself and not in front of all the patrons with were 4 tables.we just happened to be the only African americans there. Disappointing for my visit

Waitress excellent bigboy hamburger good, French frys good.dessert pie had refrigerator taste asked for replacement which I received right away. Guarantee return in future

Ordered multiple times food was low on taste, things missing from order including ingredients like there was no garlic on the garlic toast it was just toast, and no condiments and u call those chicken tenders what a joke and the soda my goodness wash the soda fountain

They use white tiger sauce instead of the Thousand Island on the super big boys. Buns were soggy and onion rings were burnt and salty. Decent service, but food was awful! The three of us ate for $40, seems kind of high for 3 wet Big Macs?

Waitress is slow. Standing around. There is only 3 other families here and I am not getting no service. She’s letting me go thirsty. Food taste like rubber And is over cooked.

Place was clean, our waitress was friendly but we observed someone else's waitress who was NOT friendly. I actually watched her smack a guest for reaching out to tap her arm very gently to get her attention! The big boy was smaller than I remember, dry and pathetic. The fries were over cooked and hard. Those are the two staples of the restaurant not to mention the special for the week and they failed to get them right. It was our first time at a Frisch's in a long time and now I remember why we stopped going. Very disappointed
