Frisch's Big Boy, Hamilton OH

DONT GO THERE! The lady at the drive thru window today (Saturday May 27 at 6 pm.) Is EXTREMELY RUDE, and the food was VERY NASTY! THIS FRISCH’S NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN, IT HAS BEEN NASTY THERE FOR YEARS ON YEARS! CORPORATE PLEASE GET AHOLD OF ME!

No soup n salad bar barely enough staff to open. No salsa or sour cream for the very bland breakfast wrap and Pancakes were way overdone.

No salad bar during the week. No clean tables, but also no customers?
Didn't eat as they were using the booth side as a daycare.

My food was always hot and fresh when I made it home.and the onion rings The best I love them lightly fried always came through the drive thru workers was always nice and polite not long of a wait.

Drive thru service. Pickup lunch for a date with my husband. He loves the big boy sandwiches and I love the double decker but.
Excellent customer experience. The Girl at the drive thru was polite and helpful.

No staff, no onion rings, walked out hungry, no salad bar, and five bucks for a bowl of soup.

They need to be more on the role with orders. I'm a dasher and went to get my order and their response was " we don't got that order that your gonna have to cancel it". Like come on now y'all need to get on the ball.

We had the absolute BEST SERVER today! I wish I had gotten his name, but he was amazing! He was worth his weight in tips!

Place is garbage and nasty inside. Employees are gross and rude. Nobody would answer drive thru they was all outside smoking and laughing at the line building up and cars driving away. Ordered delivery and half order was missing, cold, and stopped together. After 4 straight awful visits I won't be back. They need better Employees or close this location it's disgusting

Had not been to this Frisch's since about 1987. Used to go there almost weekly back in the 60s - lots of nostalgia (but totally remodeled with no resemblance to the old Frisch's)

Cold food. The waitress actually set our tray of food on the table next to us and walked away for several minutes with no explanation. She was nice but at the same time a bit gruff. I wouldn't go back. The quarter pound hamburger was nowhere near a quarter pound. It was thin. I'm sure it was tasty had it been served hot or even warm but it was cold just like the fries and onion rings. The only good thing I can say is the price was fair. $10 for a burger and fries and a 2nd side. The lettuce and broccoli were fresh. My friend asked for her burger toppings separately. When she took off the top of her bun, there wasn't even a patty on it! Lol The waitress took so long coming back I actually had to go stick my head in the kitchen and ask for the meat! The food was edible and we were hungry after a long road trip. I used to go to Big Boys as a kid so this was slightly disappointing.

Extremely slow. No workers or just bad workers but slowest frisch's I've been to.

Food burnt and cold, again. On top of it the line took forever which I can forgive because i understand staffing issues. I am just going to quit giving this chain my money before I get a food born illness eating there. I've already pushed my luck the last 2xs at 2 different locations.no idea what happened to this place but it's tragic. I used to want a super big boy once a week.now I don't care if I ever have one again

Night with my family and the bar food has not been stirred looks like in about 3 hours I took pictures of this I've been in this community for 50 years I've never seen anything like it please management help us our community does not deserve this.

This place should be shut down. They are going to make someone seriously sick. Had the breakfast bar eggs were runny and grainy like they were spoiled. Buscuts were hard as hockey pucks. Everything was cold. My husband ordered breakfast off the menu and it wasnt much better. Beware

My partner and her family love this place, but I can't see why. Every time I have been the service has been bad and the food mediocre. But I guess if you like tarter sauce on a bun then this is your place, because the rest of the ingredients on the burger are sad.
