Going through drive thru wait 14 minutes.hamburger was bad.fries ok and hot.do not go during lunch you will be late back to work.

No one was upfront to serve me. I had a pick up order that wasn't ready it took over 40 mins to get my order. Workers kept looking out the back but was acting as if I wasn't there. There was ppl already there who was upset about the same thing I was upset about

Everyone is just walking around on their phones, This is the biscuit n gravy and it's a different price at checkout. Charge for 2 coffees cause we only had half a refill in the container, so we ask for one to go (short on time).

Customer service was awesome they gave me a dollar off for the long wait. The food was hot and good. I'll be going back for sure.

Poor Frisch's! I really hate to see Frisch's in the state it is in. More are closing down every day. I guess this one is next. There was no one to greet us when we arrived. We had to seat ourselves. I had breakfast. The food was good. It just took a long time to get it. There was only one server. We waited way to long.

One person ahead of me in the drive thru and it takes 20 minutes to get a turkey club with fries including drink. That was 1/2 inch from the lid being FULL of ice with generous one cup of soda. No cooking for the sandwich, although the bun should have been toasted. Why would it take this long? Someone asked for my sandwich TWICE. Possibly three cars in the parking lot for dine in, no rush inside.

BYE FRISCH'S! I paid to wait 20 minutes for a cold turkey sandwich, fries and a cup of soda! Cannot see how this would ever be worth my time or effort in the future!

SKIP THIS LOCATION. 10: 40 am on a Sunday. No breakfast bar, no cream for coffee, food we settled with was "ok" but not nearly to par with a decent Frisch's location. Only one server. Niece went to snag a sucker when we were paying but the basket had sucker sticks and a half consumed sucker in it. Server was also running the register. She was nice and grabbed fresh ones for her.
Restroom was atrocious.
Bummer experience.

Maybe the owners need to check in on their staff. Give tokens of recognition. Customer service is hard work. Make your staff happy.

Was meeting my boss here for coffee. I got here first and waited to be seated, I stood there for 5 minutes then the lady at the counter said to sit anywhere. An elderly couple came in and were seated by a hostess and got their drink order, as my boss arrived and sat down with me. We sat there ignored for 11 minutes then we had to ask the server for some service.there were 3 other tables of people in the place. Finally she bought coffee and gave us menus, after dropping off the elderly couples food order. We ordered breakfast. The order was wrong, they forgot the potatoes and I didn't order scrambled eggs but whatever. It's sad this place is literally down the street from me but in 12 years that I've lived here I've been here 4 times. Every time it's bad

They took 38 minutes to get my sandwich right. Manager was rude disrespectful and snippy. She didn't seam to care about the customer at all. Kiki was amazing and she and only she will be the reason if I ever come back.

I waited 20 minutes past the time my salad was suppose to be ready and it never came out. Most of the staff were very rude, and the restaurant was filthy. Probably a blessing the salad did not come out. Not going through the aggravation of trying to get a refund.
Does corporate ever visit their restaurants?
This location is a disgrace.

So my dad and I go in to get a lunch after work and we do get seated pretty quick and we get our drink orders taken and the drinks come out and we give the server what we want. Pretty normal first half, then we wait for 20 mins for only one of our orders to come out. Then we wait Another 10 minutes for the other meal. The meal I got was very over cooked the eggs were disgusting and chewy, the sausage was cold and bland. The worst of it all was the pancakes they were burnt but not to bad on the first one but the second one was darker and I was eating it some and I got a terrible burnt taste and flip it over and it was jet black. Not satisfied at all

First coffee was cold hot coffee came tasted like dishwater eggs were not cooked all the way and the service was worse than bad

Staff professional, polite, and fast! I ordered a grilled chicken club and boy did it disappoint. First off it came with only pickles? It was unseasoned, cooked on a dirty grill that soaked the bread and turned it to dark mush. I used my reward points and that proved to be extremely difficult. (Don’t push the button at the speaker). It turned into a game of where did the points go? They also changed the app to something I’m not enjoying at all. What happen to all the beautiful pictures of food? The chance at additional coupons? The additional items that came with the 90 points reward (omelet) ? This was an extremely disappointing trip to Frisch’s. I see why locations are starting to close. The quality of food and service (app) has gone down hill. I miss that original burger from the 80s. I gave 2 stars because the employees were top notch! Even when my only point of visiting is to eat. (I couldn’t eat what they served)

Our waitress was wonderful! She introduced herself as Kiki (the receipt said Takietha J) and super friendly and helpful. We had a great time with her. And the food was good as well!

We got the sausage egg and cheese with extra pickles. Of course, no pickles came on my sandwich nor were they in the bag. I had to get out of my car after going through the drive through. I hate that. I should have looked in the bag before I left the drive through but two things: I was trying to get out the way and second I placed full confidence in the staff to get it right. I was wrong.but the sandwich was good after I got my pickles.

Went here for lunch on 07/05/2023 idk what’s going on with this Frisch’s but it’s the worst one I ever been to. Service was decent but the food was horrible. Do you guy buy different onion rings? They was the worst ones I ever had. Hard rough small. Will never be returning here
