Frisch's Big Boy, Cincinnati OH

Breakfast bar not good at all. Biscuits way too dry and fell apart. Better to order from menu. This location use to be #1 with managers. Since covid not good at all.

This is the worest place to visit late evenings, don't even know how they are still open.

Can only comment on their fish sandwich which was hot and tasted pretty good. Got there right before closing so it was a take-out order. The waitress was very friendly and she seemed like a hard worker. She was preparing for closing all while waiting/taking our to-go orders.

Had the traditional Big Boy, fries and hot fudge cake. Just as yummy as I remember it as a kid. Sad they don’t have seasoning salt anymore. My dad used to buy it to take home. Ty!

This is my favorite location to visit! It's one of the few locations that actually still have the salad bar, which is my absolute favorite! They are so attentive to it! Even when they are super busy, if something is running low, if you let your server know they are quick to refill it for you! They even brought back the breakfast bar to everyday of the week instead of just on the weekends, and sausage links are back! My family was so excited! All of the staff are so kind and friendly, you can tell they really care about their customers! Especially their wonderful managers! If something isn't right they are quick to take care of it, and truly go above and beyond to make their customers happy! You can tell they actually care! This is a wonderful place to dine any time of day, would definitely recommend!

The fish was too fishy. I wasn't going to eat the sandwich but the onion rings was good and hot. The fish was hot too.

I can understand why they almost always look empty.
In the last several years while the prices continue to go up the quality has gone way down.
Service is not good.

Worker on food line was rude but young man on window tried hard to compensate for their rudeness

Ordered a Big Boy and Onion rings. Been traveling since Houston and missed Frisch's. Burned patties and stale bun. Disappointed to say the least. Good Onion rings though.

Frisch's used to be one of my favorite places to eat. My sister, niece, mom, and I went to Frisch's on a Wednesday night around 8: 30pm. They advertised there was a pasta bar and salad bar, so I thought I'd check it out. The pasta was dry and brittle, so it must have been sitting out on the steam table for hours. My sister said the blue cheese dressing she put on her salad was sour (she typically LOVES blue cheese dressing). The manager did give my sister money off, but you could tell she was irritated at us for pointing out out. I will probably try a different Frisch's one day, but most likely, I will not go back to this location.

I wanted bobs big boy, but this is the closest you'll ever get to one unless you live in California

Our server Rebecca was amazing and she was very friendly and the manager Jazmine made sure to check on us and take the bar when it was needing somethings when they were busy

Matthew the server was amazing. Food came out hot and fast! Jasmine checked us out with a smile! Great job guys.

Went to grab dinner last night and seen they have the open face roast beef so I had to had have it! It was delicious and the staff was amazing, my server Robin was awesome!

I'm going to get breakfast bar is my Saturday moto and the waitress is super good at her job

The food and manager was great and fast, but then I was ignored by the one girl that took over the register for another customer and I had to speak up and ask for things I needed because I was before the customer that was behind me and i received my food before the other customer, and the other customer understood, but then the cashier continued to ignore me for something simple and fast! Other than that I thank manager and the good food! Thank you for the Great manager that was there to assist!

Happy to see some new faces in this place. The restaurant and bathroom was much cleaner than in the past. Our server Cierra was nice, very quick and efficient. Best server we've had at this location in a long time! Thank you!

I received my take out order. Physically picked up the food. I ordered a big boy. Hamburger was dry and over cooked. Bun must have been under a light as it was hard. Not satisfied at all.

Food was good, kinda slow though!
