Frisch's Big Boy, Franklin OH

This was our first time going inside to sit down and eat since this whole Covid thing started a year ago. Ordering at the register instead of after being seated surprised us but makes sense in light of Covid and minimizing contact. The staff members were all masked and patrons were mostly masked. The food was the usual excellent quality expected from Frisch's.

With a little joking around today's food at frishis wus deeeeeelishiss in Uther werds it was reel good thank you all for such a good meal that's the best iv had in two years.

This Big boy rest has the best food and service ever. The hamburgers are never dry and there's always enough sauce on it to make it good

The chili and fries were yummy and my traveling companion loved his burgers. The only reason why I gave it 3 stars was for cleanliness. If the drive thru window is filthy, I can only imagine how dirty it is inside.

The food was fresh and fast. We love Big Boy and this was one of the better locations we've visited! Drive thru experience.can't speak to the dine in services.

Great service fast delicious hot food and the manager don't know his name a black Male was awesome gave my son a free large strawberry shake nice environment recommend anyone to go try this place

It was not the best big boy I have been to. I brought a friend for his first time. He did not enjoy his experience more than I did not enjoy mine.

A. O. K.as long as you keep the manager out of the kitchen. She can not cook the food properly. Some servers are trained better than others.i. E.they pay attention to details and timely protocol. Some times these one or both of the conditions result in customer dissatisfaction. Otherwise not a poor place to eat and spend your $.

Out of several foods ordered. Waiter never came back after he brought food. We had to track down waitress to get out meal ticket n to go boxes. Good thing we didn't want dessert.

It totally sucked we came in for the breakfast bar and it was almost empty so I said something to the waitress who brought out the manger who I know shouldn't had to fill the bar cause he was doing like 3 jobs in one but I seen alot of waitress gossiping to each other that could have done the bar and apparently they dont check the silverware before they wrap them up cause my fork was dirty so to our hard working waitress thanks and to the manger with to many jobs thank I wont be back.

Nice visit our server was very attentive. Visiting with three kids you can sometimes forget the things that mommy already knows what to ask for so it was nice to have back up. Food was great salad bar was even better.

God this place was terrible. Our server, Christina B, forgot our drinks at first and then just stood by the kitchen the entire time we ate. She didnt come to our table one time to ask if we were ok. She did walk by once to go to another table and while passing, she said "refills? ". When she brought the refills she asked if we were ready for our check and I mentioned that she hadn't come to our table at all, she laughed like it was a joke.

The service was great the management and the server were all really nice and helpful. All of the food on the salad bar was fresh and the hot food we ordered was cooked fresh and delicious. The restaurant also looks great since the remodel.

They gave my husband coleslaw and each time they brought it out it was sour. Even the waitress said she could smell it was bad. But umm you all gave it to my husband that way. The place smells mildewy. The service there is always way below normal standards. We drive the extra miles and go to liberty township one on rte 4 well worth the extra drive.

The service was great, the food was awesome, and the hot fudge cake was the best I've had for a long time

Seafood bar is just a fish n shrimp bar! Salad bar has gone downhill as well. Good burgers good service. They should stick to burgers and chili leave the seafood alone! Turn your salad portion of the bar back to the way it has always been and stop taking things off of it!

Terrible service, waitress said in front of us that the broccoli soup that I ordered was frozen and that they were microwaving it. Chicken was overcooked, eggs were chalky, and it was an overall terrible time.

Horrible experience. Sat for an hour and no food waitress forgot we were there as she never came to even tell us what is going on with our food. We ended up leaving hungry and went somewhere else. This should be looked into as we weren't the only ones with issues.

Not great at all. Took 20 minutes for order. Asked for extra big boy sauce I think took some off instead of adding. The onion rings we're subpar to say the least. Won't be going back anytime soon.

Excellent food & excellent service by our waitress Tariah! Always enjoy Frisch's. We had fish n chips baskets. Refill drinks to go. Yummy!
