Frisch's Big Boy, Lebanon OH

Food is good as usual. The pandemic has resulted in a number of dissatisfaction factors. Staff is friendly.

I went in to frisch's and ate dinner tonight with my family and it was outstanding. The resteraunt was clean. The staff was friendly, and our food was delicious. We will be coming here way more often. Our waitress Linda did an amazing job. So thank you Linda and the staff at Frischs in Lebanon!

Been here a few times in the last few weeks and it was disappointing. Fries were old and crusty, hard bun on sandwich! Go back to the basics and make food to order! You could tell my $9 Fish Sandwich had been sitting (lukewarm fish hard bun).

Pretty good nice service. And just a suggestion you either need to start asking people want tartar sauce or just throw in a couple handfuls and everybody's bag

Incredible service for my young firecrackers! Tasty, hot, and fresh food as well! Definitely had a blast!

Service is terrible. People had to wait in line at the breakfast bar because there was no food. Staff didn't care. This place has gone down hill immensely.

Horrible service, lousy management, cooks grabbing food bare handed, eating on the line, waitresses eating with a tray of food in hand. The food that did come out was ice cold. I confronted the manager and he told me to have a nice day. Dirty eaten dishes were laying in the area where the cooks were. Restaurant was altogether horrible. Need to shut down and start over. I wish I could remove the one star.

Went for the breakfast bar. Food was all good and our server Sam was really nice. Took a while to seat as it seemed they were short staffed for the day.

Order messed up. One sandwich. Very dry. Really a shame since used to have better tasting food. Next time I want a burger I will go some place else.

Food was okay. The waitress was not very friendly and we had to wait quite a while to pay our check. We stood at the register for at least 5 minutes while people scurried past us and the manager was on the phone. And this was during their slow time!

Super accommodating with our seating as a breastfeeding mom. Extremely nice servers and our food was hot and fresh

Stopped for the breakfast bar. 9AM very little there. Lunch set up at one end. 1 spoon eggs, 2 spoons gravy, 1 biscuit, 3 sausage. Just why bother. I could have ordered off the menu but why bother. Oh well another Lebanon Restaurant down. Can't wait for a Waffle House.

Over the last 3 months this place has gone from bad to worse. Store was at 50% at the most and they could not keep the salad bar filled with produce and bowls/plates. All the fries on our 3 platters we cold and took 15 minutes to reorder. 2 at our party stopped eating because they could not get drinks refilled. We have been using this location for a long time going back to the old building and we have decided to give this store a pass for a while until they get the problems fixed

Had breakfast buffet while Lebanon Ford had my car in for service. Everything was kept filled, area cleaned regularly. They asked if we wanted other items brought out since it was getting close to lunchtime. Our server was fantastic, kept checking on us. It was a nice place to wait out part of the time our car was serviced down the road.

Worst experience ever had here, aside from the waitress, who truly was awesome I was not impressed. Ordered a burger, that comes with cheese and it was missing. The burger was dry, fries were cold, soda was flat. In a group of seven, the only person who was happy would be my 10 year old niece, she had breakfast buffet but that was also cold. Have no intention of going back, it wasnt worth the $40 I spent.

Awesome service by the hostess and our server, Ashley! Clean store all the way to the restrooms! This location is a great representation of this food chain! Keep up the great work.

I ate here for the first time, a lot of good food I like. I had the super big boy it was delicious. The onion rings were top notch. My waitress Amy was very nice, checked back several times to make sure I was okay.

We ordered fried fish. The fish was delicious. Will order again. Baked potato was old and not hot. The new GM took care of the potato. She will get frisches running better.

Good service, place was swamped. Need more help. Let's go young people. Get up get out. Get off Mom and Dad's pay check.

Stood at the front for 10 minutes waiting. Had 3 people look at us and say "someone will be right with you" and then walk away. I just walked out.
