Frohring Meadows

Continual improvements make this a great place to enjoy the couple-mile path which is split between woods and meadows.

Great park in so many respects. Nice sunset vista and good places for canines. There are a ton of folks that walk here. I live how the park changes with the season and I love to see all of the cool birds.

This place is great because of the location, Squires castle and the Chagrin Reservations are fairly close. There isn't a ton to see in this particular section but plenty more to do and see throughout the park itself. If you get an opportunity, stop here when passing by.

Really nice park. Small but great for a quick run or a stroll with a baby in a stroller. Birds a plenty to be viewed and photographed.

Lovely and well-kept natural habitats with easy to walk trails. A wheelchair accessible trail loop is attached to the parking area.

Timeless place for you, your children, your family, everyone and anyone you know! One of the more popular parks in the Geauga park system, it offers wonderful looping trail to jog, bike, and a walk on. The openness of the park gives you a wonderful feeling. They also have an enclosed pavilion is perfect for gathering together we’re different events.

Lovely wildflowers, variety of birds, scenic paths for walking or running, a great versatile shelter that can be used in all kinds of weather (with super acoustics!), well maintained restrooms adds up to fabulous Frohring Meadows!

This is a beautiful and tranquil park. I love it here and will be coming back here for my walks.

Beautiful open meadows, do not go there looking for shade on a hot day though not a tree in sight.

My husband and I come here with our dog. First, the pavilion is great. You can rent it for parties in the winter and build a fire. Seriously lovely. Second, great paths through the woods. We will come and hike but also bring our cross country skis and it is a very quiet and relaxing place to ski through. You will see others but it's not ever crazy packed.

I took my trike there 2/27/18, did the 2.8 mile trail first, it's not paved but okay to take a bike at a slow to moderate pace. Should be great in summer. Many walkers and dog walkers. Afterwards I rode the paved track 2 laps, I think less than a mile each, not so many people so it was possible to go fast in stretches.

Great little pavilion, with heat! This was the second year we rented this space for our work holiday party. We bring 4 strands of icicle lights and it looks gorgeous in there.

I walk the 3 mile loop fairly frequently with my dogs. A wonderful combination of fields and woods. I live the feel of the place

Nice park to hike in. You can do a 5 mile hike. Part of the park is fields and the rest woods. The field can be quite windy, so dress accordingly. The shelter is very nice and can be rented for parties and get to gathers. The shelter has both gas heat and a fire place.

I help a Team dinner here. It was great! There is a large serving table; where you can plug in 6 crock pots. A split Stone fire place. (Inside & Out). Heating is also available. Space heaters from the ceiling. The structure is enclosed. It is an octagon shape building and has sliding doors that can be opened. With grill and work take outside. Out house style bathroom.

Outstanding facility for Geauga County residents. Great venue for large shindigs! Beautiful pavilion with 360° view enclosed with French Doors! Alcoholic beverages Inside the pavilion are permitted. Fire place Inside and outside. Nominal fee for usage and number to reserve.

Excellent combination of meadows and woods with several options for length of walk/hike. There's plenty of parking and a very nice building available to reserve for gatherings, as well as 2 pit toilets, no water though.
Watch for bird houses and frogs! Great photo opportunity.

Great outdoor area. Lots of cool insects I've never seen before. It smells lovely in the summer with all the wild flowers.

If you walk the whole path, even over to the field and back, it's 3.2 miles. More than half of the sandstone trail is shaded and in the woods.
