Took from June 2021 to January 2023 to get started. 3 week job took 4 months. Poor quality work, damage to house, lack of communication.

Not good on fixing their errors. My sister has been trying for almost one year to get them to come back and fix the flooring that cones up when you walk on it. Bad customer service. Go somewhere else for your home projects. Covington, Ohio.

Definitely shop around before using this company. Their prices are astronomical for the small amount of work they were going to do for us.

Full Spectrum Construction repaired sub-floor damage caused by a water heater leak, removed incorrectly laid tile in another area, and installed new flooring. I was very pleased with the quality of the work, attention to detail, and how attentive Tom and his crew were to my concerns. Work was completed full workdays until the project was done. While moving the washer and dryer to complete work, the crew found $100 cash, which was given to me. Their honesty was impressive. Everyone was easy to work with and kind. I recommend this local company and will use them again on future projects.

Tom Hughes and his team at Full Spectrum Construction (FSC) are trustworthy and hard-working professionals. We solicited numerous bids for the remodeling of our kitchen and two bathrooms. FSC wasn’t the lowest bid, but we were so impressed with Tom and the focus he placed on making sure we understood all our options, and providing concise and helpful suggestions. His knowledge of various products, and his ability to match colors and textures are incredibly helpful. A remodeling project is “home surgery. ” The inconvenience of not having a bathroom or kitchen is more than compensated for by having FSC’s great personnel working on your house. Fantastic attention to detail from highly skilled craftsmen. They have a sense of humor and we never once worried about having them working alone in our home - even our German Shepherds liked them! We are totally satisfied with our experience with FSC. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again or recommend them for any home improvement project. Actually, we’ve already asked for a quote for more work from FSC.

I would recommend full spectrum construction to anyone who needs any construction work done. Inside, outside they do it all. I was not aware of this when I was looking for a roofing contractor. I was impressed by the respect I was given by (Tom) and his concern to meet all my needs.
