Funai bought out Emerson, but I can't even find the latest device driver software upgrade for my Emerson TV on their funai.us/support/ website.

I have a wonderful old Magnavox video recorder, and the remote control went out. I called the phone # on the remote, and it still worked, but connected me with the Funai Help Center in the Philippine Islands. The lady who answered was knowledgeable and helpful, and walked me through a test that determined that the unit needed to be replaced. She detailed how to do it, and within days, I had a brand new, almost identical remote controller for a very modest price. Good customer service on a product that was made and sold long before they took over Magnavox.

Needed a replacement remote for my TV and found it on this website. Received quickly although the Post Office sent it to the wrong area and it took one extra day to get it to me. The address was correct, the P. O.just sent it to the wrong distributing center.

TV remote replacement came within afew business days, it works great and was able to figure out how it works with our Phillip's TV. A user guide would have been very helpful.

Received welcomed help to determine what power cord needed. Received the power cord which took a little while but all is good.

Quite disappointed, I ordered a new power supply for my tv on August 12,2023 by ebay whose delivery was scheduled for August 27,2023 and 3 days from the date indicated I have just had my item canceled for lack of stock or damage. In addition I have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund.

I ordered a remote for a TV that I needed. Funai sent it out very quickly and their service was impeccable. The price was the best price I could ever find through the internet. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. You can't find better service anywhere else they are definitely five star.

I purchased a replacement stand for my old Emerson 50" TV since I had lost the old one (was previously wall mounted). I got the parts as ordered on time and was easy to install

I did not receive the item ordered. I reviewed the order; discovered that someone put the incorrect shipping address on the order. Tried to clarify with someone in your organization. All attempts were to no avail. Frustrated and discouraged; I quit trying. I will not order through your company again.

They do not answer, I sent my vacuum cleaner 3 weeks ago, I paid and they do not reply my messages! I still do not know what happened to my machine. I do not recommend this place.

Update: after one week they replied here but they still don’t answer the phone or reply the emails, you can try to call them, the phone is not working. Please be serious!

Needed an OEM model remote for an old tv.site provided concise details on which remote supported the tv model number I had. Arrived working right out of the box. Greatly appreciate being able to still use this tv as it wouldn't have worked without a replacement remote.
