Funny Stop Comedy Club, Cuyahoga Falls OH

My actual rating is 2.4 stars. I don't like to give negative reviews for joints in small towns, because to have any place to go for comedy there is a blessing, but I thought the place was a dump. I ordered the 'fried' ravioli with dipping sauce appetizer, but I certainly couldnt tell it was fried.and the dipping sauce ran out before I was done with the 10 (?) pcs of ravioli. I tried to order an entre' long before the show was over, but the waitress told me the kitchen was already closed after 10pm, but the comedy started at 9: 30pm on a saturday night. Huh? Gotta give'm credit, the Yuenglings were ICE COLD! Enjoyed the show, though. THIS IS A RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW: Good to hear from you, Pete B. I enjoy your phone calls to WNIR radio Morning Buzz, like you, and think you try your best. My brother during a chat about FS, informed me your place used to be across the street, was great, but burned down years ago. Wish I could've attended then. You've done well to survive through the Covid fiasco- much respect. But what did you mean by "created almost 500 Christmas mics" What's that?

Comedian was good, but the crowd was awful. Owners did nothing to control the bad behavior of a few people so that other paying customers could enjoy the show. There were only 2 servers for the entire room of over 100 people so it was really slow (not their fault, but owners could have staffed it with more people). Overall just not a good experience.

Open Mic night! Some good, some got work to improve, but good for a laugh and entertainment with friends and family!

Very cool little venue. Not very big but that is also a good thing meaning no matter where you sit you have a good view and makes for a more up close and personal show. Very nice and funny staff there as well. Def will be back for more

My friends and I visited the funny stop for the very first time for an open mic night, we didn’t know what to expect but we had a great time! We will definitely be going back!
Not a fancy place, but the staff was very nice. The drinks and food are a bit overpriced for what they are.

We saw Basile last night. He was great.his material and command of the audience was so much fun! We had a great dinner there. The ingredients were fresh and delicious!
Grilled chicken, veggies and a salad did not disappoint ; the wait staff were pleasant and efficient!

Great environment, good performers. Will be back on New Year's Eve (reservations required, call in advance.)

This is my favorite comedy club. They bring in great acts, support local comedians, and genuinely care about building talent. Great food and great staff, as well. I love the owners, who are so generous and put everything into running the club, and I absolutely treasure this place.

We have not been in a long time due to covid, dut we have to say it is one of the best. Pete and Tony are the nicest people in business the food is wonderful. Hope to return soon.

Good comedy club with standard food. Service was attentive, possibly a little too attentive when the show was going on. Good night out in Cuyahoga Falls.

Pete, the owner is cool. We go there regularly. They have tasty snacks and the mixed drinks are.
A lot of the comedians are from the local area. We definitely support them.

Is a smaller venue which adds to the fun. Table service is great, and prices on everything are reasonable. Just go! You'll have a great time!

It was a nice little place. Everyone was cool and friendly. They do not have full proof liquor though, it would be nicer if they could get a full liquor license but it was still great.

The comedian was great but I got a picture of beer and order for eyes and get charged $35 not sure what I got charged for Besides that there's a fantastic sometime Mary was great

I was impressed by the staff. It was definitely a great experience. The comedians were great and funny. The hypnotist was quite funny and such a good sport.
And finally the waitress did a fantastic job.

Nice spot. It's like your favorite dive bar but the drunk that won't shut up is funny. Go say Hi to Pete.
