Worst experience ever. I have ordered furniture on jun 4th and the sales person named Rick told me that they can deliver between 2 to 4 weeks but at the time of check out, he wrote 4 to 6 weeks on the receipt. I didn’t get any call until 6 weeks so i called them and they said my order is ready and they can deliver next day. Finally the furniture arrived but the sofa was damaged. The delivery guy was very rude and drag the sofa scratching my wooden floor. He also told me that he can not take the love seat on my loft. I told the delivery guy that I can’t accept the damaged sofa but he said that I need to take that otherwise I need to go back to the store to pick up. They returned back with all the stuffs after I called the store though the guy on the phone calling himself as a manager questioned me if I can seat on the sofa or not. After an hour they came back with 1 love seat and bed and installed which was totally different. The bed i ordered was with bookcase head board but they came with the headboard without bookcase but when i told them they told me that the code number on the receipt matches the code on the bed and they left.
Next day I went to the store and asked for manager but they said there is no manager and if I like anything from store they can deliver me. After long argument they called manger and he promised me to deliver the right order within 2 weeks so I came back and waited 2 weeks but they didn’t call me unless I called them. When I called them they said I can get my order that day but they didn’t. When I called them next day they said that there was problem in there phone so that they didn’t contact me. When the delivery arrived that day again the love seat was found damaged and I called the store. The one the phone claiming himself as a manager named Joseph was rude and unprofessional. Again I went to the store for the 3rd time and asked for my refund but they said I will get $2300 refund but I paid $2599 for that.
After a long discussion they said they have 1 love seat and sofa and can deliver in 2 days. I received the delivery after 2 days but again they forgot the base of the love seat.
It was the worst experience ever. Don’t trust them. They don’t give you detailed receipt with itemized price. They are lier and unprofessional.

It’s been 3 months and I still have yet to receive my furniture. I’m becoming impatient because I was told that I would possibly have it in less than 2 weeks.

Greg will lie to you just to get a sale when he promises you free stuff it's a lie and for the delivery if you don't ask for a refund he won't try to deliver your stuff to you in a timely fashion. This whole place is unprofessional all they care about is the money not the customers.

I will never purchase anything from this store again. I bought an expensive three piece leather living room sit from this place and got ripped off. I was talked into buying insurance for the furniture that would cover any tears, burns or mechanical failure. Back in January of this year I reached out to use the insurance to have the furniture replaced as the leather was ripping at the seams. I have been very patient in trying to get this matter resolved but seem to just be getting the runaround with trying to get my furniture replaced. I called the store and was told to contact a person somewhere in Florida, I was contacted back in May to let me know he was working on the claim. As of today (8/16/2020) there has been no movement with my claim. I am very disappointed that Furniture Land is not standing behind their product or the insurance they sold me.

Great store the best to shop at during thi hard time they shipped me order within 7 days. Where most stores wanted 3 weeks I recommend them to all they have huge beautiful varieties 5 stars all the way

They have a bunch of decent furniture. However, maybe they should not pay commission. The sales man was way too pushy.

I purchased a value of $ 10, I was told that there were some insurance items in the item that just broke up and I just answered the question that the worst person I spoke to was sorry I was a lot of customers

I suggest them to get the best wooden one. Must of them they can peal or broken, within a year of purchase. So be aware on it. I will not recommend this place as good shopping. Honestly don't see the $100/200 less than other store, you have to regret near future. Use other store little expensive, but last life long. This is the universal truth for you all buyers.

I bought king bed room set, but I found the matress was tore and headboard was scratch and discolor. He wants me to change the matres and he just give me the color pen for scratches, after a month i notice the matres was sewed it up which is the same one as before. So i want to say u all the buyer, this store sales the weak and light non-lasting furniture. It's like use and throw made, which they buy in very cheap, and cheating you all the time. Initially it looks great, but it's fake I mean third class. You just Waste of your money and time. Be carefull nobody sell the furniture like Was $2000 Now $ 700 all the time.which is not furniture right or wrong decide yourself.
