Good always good but service is horrible. They have a lot of entitled workers acting like you owe them something.

Enjoyed it. I'm not a sushi fan, so it's nice to have the chicken roll option with soy paper!

Great value if you love raw sushi. All of the ingredients I had were fresh and I will be back.

Every single table was dirty. I asked a young lady for a towel and she pointed over to the napkins. She was a passive aggressive young lady that said, "Our tables just feel that way. " She finally swiped a table down as rice flew onto the floor and seats with 3 quick swipes. Then, made another rude comment. Never, again.

A bit disappointing. Cleanliness of dining area was abysmal—trash, crumbs, and sticky everywhere. Quality of order neatness was subpar. There were some deficiencies in fulfilling some of my order. In compensation, the staff offered to comp one of my rolls. When I went to pay, instead they just took a couple dollars off. Less quality than I expect or typically receive from Fusion.

I’ve been a loyal fusian customer for years. The sushi always taste good! Although, there seems to be an issue at this location where my food looks like it was made by a 5 year old… presentation isn’t quite there, I’ve never had that problem at any of the other locations though.

I love Fusion, but this particular location has been a mess every time I’ve been there. The ingredients are always mixed into each others containers on the line, so I always find one or two surprise ingredients that I didn’t order. Usually I don’t mind, but tonight I had FIVE surprise ingredients, so it was particularly bad. I also have to wipe down my to-go box with napkins every time before I leave because it’s usually covered in sauce from the line being so messy.

I would like to add that the staff is always extremely friendly. However, this location needs a lot of work on cleanliness.

Cameron was very helpful as it was my first time there. He helped me find something that I would like and that I was not allergic to. Yummy quick and quite reasonably priced. Thanks Cameron and his team for a nice first time at Fusian

This is ramen - the new seasonal dish in the menu which cost 14$. Please take a look and judge by your objective review.
The broth is terrible. Mushroom is extreme salty. A couple tiny slices dried pork belly? I don’t think this ramen bowl worths the money.
I am wondering if the company cares about customer value before passing this ramen through their quality test, and approve to be put in the menu.
This act is very disrespectful.

Ordered delivery from Uber eats. The sushi tasted worse than store bought and looked nothing like the pictures. The rice was extremely hard. Just save yourself from the dissatisfaction and go to Kroger for their cheaper and better tasting sushi

We love coming here. Everyone is welcoming and just down to earth. They made my sons first experience enjoyable, for he hates sushi, but they were able to recommend a couple of things and decided on a PB+J roll with pineapple, and he loved it!

So wow I like fusion but guys let that curry bowl go? Nice place for light lunch or a bite to hold you over to a light dinner.

Absolutely disgusting. I didn’t know it was Americanized sushi or wouldn’t have ordered. Doesn’t taste anywhere near the same. Crunchy roll is not crunchy and tastes like it has pickles. No wasabi which I didn’t realize until I arrived home. I will stick to actual Japanese restaurants and I hope anyone reading this does the same or you will be completely disappointed.

I love this place, I always go with my friends and the staff is always really friendly and the food is amazing. I would totally recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I love this place. This is my husbands hometown and we come from New York once a year for thanksgiving and Tyler remembered us! We enjoy the friendly staff and the quick service. Thank you for always making our experience a pleasant one! We love Fusian Beavercreek!

Fast fresh sushi. I like all of the healthy choices. Very clean operation. I will be coming back again and again. My wife and grandson loved the food.

The food is good, don’t get me wrong but the customer service is horrible. I don’t remember if I saw a name tag but the person who made my sushi roll was so rude, had an attitude the whole time and gave me and my significant other dirty looks for absolutely no reason. As someone who works retail seeing customer service like this is embarrassing. It’s clear you hate working there, so how about find a new job if you can’t have a good attitude about it?
