I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this had to be the worst sushi experience I've ever had. Whoever made the roll had no idea of what they were doing. The rolls fell apart (weren't really rolled to begin with) and were completely impossible to eat. The kale inside was huge, inedible stems, and the boxes were leaking all over because they are not made for liquids but they poured their soy sesame sauce all over the roll anyway. I was so angry trying to eat it - I had to throw most of it away. As far as flavor, it was ok - not great, not horrible. I loved that they offered brown ricevand I liked the sesame oil added to the soy sauce. Had the rolls been constructed properly I may have returned to try again - but 1 ruined shirt with sauce all down the front is enough for me.

I tried two different rolls, they were both great. I have to travel back to Dayton frequently, and I look forward to trying more of what they have to offer.

Kenneth is amazing. We always get the absolute best customer service from him every visit. He deserves a raise or his own franchise. The sushi is 10/10 ingredients always fresh. My favorite place to get sushi.

I ordered a noodle bowl and the broth is WAYYYYY too salty with weird chunky stuff floating on the top and they forgot the scallions and the spicy seasoning

Very quick service through the queue. A lot of options for type of entree as well as proteins, including tofu.

Workers were rude and acted as if I was a bother to them. After eating my sushi in the car realized that there was a long piece of hair in my food. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Went back in and requested a refund. Workers didnt seem to care and werent apologetic at all. I would recommend that workers start wearing a hair net when handling food. I definitely won't be back.

This location has been inconsistent lately.
I ordered two bowls a little before noon yesterday 1/28.
I got home to realize that one of the bowls were barely filled and there were barely any spicy mayo or sweet chili.
One of the other bowls was perfect, which to me looks like they were low on food when they made the second bowl and just put it out anyways.
Regardless it was inconsistent and it ruined my partners lunch.

Chloe, at the Centerville location is amazing! She's fast to great the customers that are coming into the restaurant and make them feel welcomed. When she is preparing a guest food, she's sure to keep eye contact and listens to how you would like your food made. Chloes customer service skills are something an employer looks for in their employees. Thank you, Chloe for always being friendly and helpful!

Food was good but at checkout i questioned why my bill was higher than they told me on receipt. I was told if i chose no tip it automatically adds 20% tip. Not sure if all if their locations do this but i think it is a very shady way to do business.

Average food but good and clean service. I would rather have better sushi at a japanese restaurant.

The worker did not listen to what i ordered instead ended up making the bowl i wanted plus a roll of the same thing. Was very rude and acted like we were a bother because we interrupted her phone playing when we arrived

I’ve enjoyed many lunches here, but the seasonal ramen is so good I *have* to leave a review. I’ve lived all over the US and had delicious ramen in DC, LA, and especially at Yume Wo Katare in Boston, so my expectations for this ramen were modest. I’m shocked and delighted to find it’s top three in my experience—the broth is excellent, and the chashu is tasty!

Edited to add two things:
1: I ordered it with extra noodles and no chili, and I’d recommend the extra noodles to everyone and the no chili to anyone who’s not a fan of spicy food

2: the staff here is excellent!

I love a salmon roll loaded with veggies and cream cheese. It pairs extremely well with the lavender lemonade!

A decent place to get some sushi. The portions are good. The fish and the veggies are fresh (late in the evening). You can build your own bowl with lot of options. The sauces were really good. The place was kept clean. The staff were friendly.

I had the crispy shrimp roll about 5 minutes ago. It was the best thing I've ever consumed! I'll come back tomorrow and bring my family of 11.

I had a minor order mistake so i called the store and spoke with kenneth the manger he absolutely went above an beyond by fully refunding my order, my wife and i love this sushi joint we keep coming back and will continue too! Thanks again kenneth
