Fusion Bistro, Toledo OH

This place is great! I ordered the Shrimp Tempura and California Roll, along with some fries, jalapeño poppers and spicy chicken roll. All amazing except it was slightly off with the spicy chicken roll. I'm not sure exactly what it was, but I did feel like it was missing something. The glazed eel sauce and whatever other sauce on the other two rolls were fiuurrreee, though! Definitely going back for their lunch specials, and happy our real soon! Service was handling business really well as more people started coming in and didn't neglect our table. Still had time to talk a little and tell me a little more about the place. I forgot what was said about events, but I will get that information when I go back.

Drinks were good, service a bit lacking. Food service was slow, and quality was low. Would not go back for food.

When we first walked in we were a little iffy, but everything was amazing. The sushi, the pizza and definitely the drinks. I highly recommend checking this place out. They have an amazing martini list. The sushi is really good (don't be afraid to omitt things). We also had the Buffalo pizza, soo good. The crust was thin amd crispy and it was full of flavor.

A lot has changed recently with this location. Used to enjoy this establishment but have been disappointed in my last few visits in the last 6-8 months. Sushi and beer selection and friendly staff used to give me a great reason to frequent this place. There has been no crab or shrimp on my last few visits and most recently no chicken, avocado, chicken or sushi at all. Waiter felt very bad, apologized several times and even comped most of our bill. When the owner was around more we didn't have these issues. Suddenly not around much anymore.

Service at the end of the night wasn't attentive around 10pm, and seemed like they were ready to leave. Hot bartender though

A good Bistro. They have good food specials. Monday was $6 burger. Tuesday is sushi special. I will take my wife on Tuesday and let you know how sushi is.

Great bar with a good variety of beers on tap. They have good food and the daily food specials are a good deal. You’ll find a mixed crowd of ages visiting it. Definitely a hidden gem in Cricket west.

DO NOT EAT SUSHI HERE. We are from out of town, so after reading the reviews I thought this may be a decent place to eat. I can't speak to the other food items, but my wife ordered edamame and the waitress came to the table with the order of edamame and said "it's bad, but if you still want it it's free". That alone made me want to leave. I understand the restaurant opens at 5pm, but my wife and I arrived around 5: 30pm and had to wait an hour and a half for the kitchen to make fresh rice for the sushi. It's not my business how they run their business, but if it was my restaurant and we served sushi, I would have the rice made BEFORE we opened. The male bartender was nice and helpful about the whole situation, but the other waitresses were rude and absolutely useless.

Absolutely love this place but the food has gone down hill and it's been a steep decline. Whoever fired Eric made a mistake because the quality has been lost. Great bar great drinks but the food is in the dumpster please address this.

Great vibe. The staff is very polite and engaging. I think they could use a little help. Several tables waited a long time for service or to just cash out. The drinks are ok. I had a chicken ceasar wrap, which had very little chicken. My wife had sushi and she said it was just ok as well. I still like this spot and I will give it another chance.

Great place! Bartenders are top notch! Food awesome! But it’s august 5th. No AC all summer. I work hard all day in the hot sun. I thought I was going to a cool Oasis to enjoy a cold drink. Instead it was 90 degrees in there and the employees were sweating profusely. Where I work it is imperative that we provide a comfortable work place not just for our employees but the customers as well. What gives? I am still a faithful customer because of the staff a d atmosphere, but c’mon seriously! No AC?

Bar was very homey nice small town bar! Bartender Tommy was great very accommodating knowledgeable and friendly we will definitely be back

Tried to call in a to go order and it eventually went to a recording telling me the hours of operation. I went there and placed an order and waited. Food was good, worth the wait. Just wish I didn't have to.

Good selection of food and beer but the service was lacking. Server showed pretty clear favoritism among certain tables.

Awful service. Two bartenders were taking care of the whole restaurant but were too busy taking shots with friends to check in on tables. I heard they had great food. Bummed out I didn’t get to try any as I gave up and walked out.

I have to commend the team of girls working there today! They are so friendly and welcoming and really care! I stopped here for the first time today bc the hostess at First Watch next door to them wasn’t pleasant at all. And the food here is terrific!

If you have the time, go here. If you don't have the time, MAKE the time. Great food, REALLY great staff.and AWESOME owners

Bar food and the setting at this spot is very good.do not leave if it's busy, it is worth it.there was quick, helpful, and friendly service.it has a cool feel to it.

Server was polite and gave good recommendations for both beer and food. They have Ernest Honeybuzz on tap.
