The Owner Tom Aldrich came to our house yesterday to show us the Air Purifier and we have a good bingo but since we couldn't get the air purifier right now. He refused to give us our prize that we won! SO WATCH OUT THIS COMPAY IS A SCMMING BUSINESS AND THE OWNER IS A SCAMMER! BE VERY, VERY, HIGHLY BEWEAR!

We found them at the home and garden show and were impressed with what we were told and how much we would save over time in buying filters ever year. So we bought the filter for our furnace and wanted to schedule an in home water test the sales person talked to us about. We were promised the filter would be brought to the house the same time the water test would happen. The reason they don't ship them is because they tend to become damaged in shipping. Or at least that's what we were told. Months go by and we hear nothing until we get a call asking how the filter is doing. I explain we never received it and the gentleman on the phone says he does see my receipt and will have my salesperson reach out to me. I never heard from them. But magically the filter was able to be shipped. Long story short we are not happy with the way anything happened since our purchase. Not hearing from anyone to schedule a water test, having no contact for the filter, being told one thing then something else happens
