Do NOT do work with these people - they waste your time. I had a commitment in writing from their account coordinator Lauren Chew to provide video production and editing services, after providing multiple phone calls, emails, and estimates based on the moving target of a request (we even cancelled other paying work!). And 2 days before the event she txts me that they secured another videographer - after I had already sent them a contract and request for deposit. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT TO BE TRUSTED. 0/100!
