Gage Crossing, Dublin OH

I have lived here for 3.5 months now and it’s been okay. The management team is good and most of the residents are friendly. The downside is the walls are really thin and my upstairs neighbor blares heavy bass music most weeknights till the wee hours of the morning and I can hear everyone walk up and down the stairs. I’m debating about not renewing my lease. Not the best first apartment experience so far but hopefully it gets better since I have 8 more months to live here.

Update: I have now been here for almost 5 months and the noise is still going on. I have called the police 3 times and informed the leasing office of all of these. I discovered today after talking to the leasing manager that they have not been documenting those reports here at Gage Crossing despite me having documented conversations informing them of my reports. I am extremely dissatisfied with management and how they deal with noise complaints and their unwillingness to help. They tell you to inform them and they will call to get the reports and evidently never do. I will be contacting the owner of Ardent Communities to discuss my lease and explain the situation.

We've been living at this apartment complex since 2021 and it has truly felt like home from the moment we moved in. The amenities and surroundings are top-notch, and the management team is always responsive and attentive to our needs. We've been so impressed that we've referred a ton of our friends to live here too, and they've all shared the same positive experiences. It's the perfect place for us to call home. Highly recommend!

The staff was incredibly responsive and easy to get ahold of before we moved in.

Tyler on the maintenance team is fantastic and has been so helpful with our maintenance requests. You can also enter the maintenance requests in the resident portal and track their progress.

The property is taken care of and there are even food trucks on site multiple times a week. There have been no issues finding parking and residents are very friendly.

I have been here at Gage Crossing for 4 years now and I love living here! The pool is beautiful and they are very pet friendly and have a unique dog park. Maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours and a great workout room and guest facilities. The neighbors are quiet and you cannot beat the location!

Everyone in the community is so nice. I’ve met so many people I now call friends here. Pool and dog park are great features. Maintenance is responsive and quick. We’ve been here since 2021 and have been very satisfied!

Nice, clean, safe and quiet place to live. My apartment is very nice, spacious, and has excellent appliances. My gf and I love using the pool. And her dog loves to run around in the new dog park. The gym is very well equipped and clean, and there is 24/7 access. I have no trouble sleeping when I am working nights at the hospital, as my neighbors are quiet and considerate. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. They really go above and beyond. There is always free coffee and snacks available in the office. The weekly food trucks are a huge hit. Easy access to the outer belt means I can be almost anywhere in Columbus, including dowtown or even Easton, in 30 minutes or less. All in all, a great location with great people that is close to everywhere I want to or need to be. I cannot recommend it enough.

I would not rent here again or live in an Ardent Managed Community.

Complex is very loud, especially at night. Residents blare music in their cars at all hours of the night as well as loudly hang out and yell.
Front Office is poorly managed, does not answer the phones and Chandler and Rex were rude to me a few times when i would ask a question about something or get a coffee from the clubhouse.
Dog Park is poorly maintained.
Maintenance did not complete several Work Order Requests we had.
When we moved out we were charged for false and exaggerated damages to the apartment.

I would not live in an Ardent property again.

I called and spoke with Megan gave her the details on my move in date and asked for requirements. I then asked could I come tour an apartment at 5pm. Megan agreed, I drove 50 minutes to go see the apartment, when I arrived Megan stated that within the time we had conversed someone else applied and was approved. And that the apartment was no longer available. Which is totally fine, but a. Courtesy call would have been very much appreciated! Very inconsiderate!

I give zero stars if I could. Only been living here for 4 months and the management is awful. Very disrespectful and have no courtesy for their tenants and is impossible to get a hold of them on the phone. DONOT move here unless you like being treated like trash.

I moved here last July. Megan in the office is great. She is approachable and takes ownership of any issue or suggestion. So far the building I live in has been fairly quite and the neighbors are friendly. If you are a pet parent Gage Crossing is very welcoming.

I was plan to move here, but after reading these reviews with all have same issues, I’ll pass! It’s looks like you want to file bankruptcy or something? Property management is everything

I love living at Gage! This was my first place and the staff were so sweet to me when I first applied to live here. I've gotten to know some of my neighbors over time and also referred my friends to live here too. Some of the management and staff have always been resourceful and welcoming. Also, the amenities are nice for the price and they host events to build up the resident community. One of my favorite things about staying here has been the balcony and the view over the common area. Ever since they added the dog park, I have been head over heels about my view outside.

Update: After a completed experience here, I can say the real plus was having a nice space with a great location on the complex to get away and getting to know some of my neighbors who made me feel welcomed to the community. The first two years were fairly nice and probably the best because it didn’t get much better after that. I’ve referred people to live here and even was called and asked to leave the review above. However, I’ve had several encounters with office personnel where I just didn’t feel like a valued resident. A lot of the amenities I enjoyed about the complex went away after the 2 year mark (due to Covid) and never followed up or replaced them. Loved my apartment, but the price I was paying for minimal changes was no longer ideal for me.

Extremely unprofessional, unresponsive, doesn't care about their people who live here.and super noisy neighbors that they dont take care of.i HIGHLY do not recommend EVER living here.

A great place to live if you want somewhere that’s about as good quality as a freshman dorm! I could hear my neighbors across the hall screaming at each other, could smell what they were cooking every night, and the people above us would flick cigarettes onto our balcony as well as throw their beer cans into the yard. The office staff does nothing, can’t even take a noise complaint and tells you to waste the Columbus PD’s time with it. They seem super nice until you have the slightest issue then you get a major attitude. The trash is constantly piled up because no one threw it in the compactor. The day we moved in there was black mold in the toilets and hair in the showers.:)

Terrible complex. Disgusting parking lot. Very noisy neighbors with nothing done about their noise complaints because the office crew is lazy about dealing with these complaints.

Mediocre at best.my noise complaints were never taken seriously and the staff were rude when i had any concerns with my unit.
