Seriously the best veterinarian I have been to. He was thorough and patient with my pups and myself. He explained everything and gave me suggestions to help with the health of my senior and geriatric dogs that didn't include meds or procedures. I cannot recommend them enough.

I recently had to put my older dog down. They were so caring and got us in immediately and walked me thru all the options just extremely patient once again.

Very kind and calm practice, with knowledgeable professionals. We appreciated the care shown to our new dog. The veterinarian we met treated her like family, not just a patient. It was great we were able to get a same-day appointment too. And it's a convenient location, with a low-key vibe, not super busy or crowded. Another plus was the parking lot.plenty of spaces not far from front door, and easy to navigate a nervous pooch thru to the door.

I have been using Gahanna Animal Hospital for over twenty years now and would recommend them to anyone. Their staff is very courteous and their doctors are very knowledgeable. They treat your pets as if they are their own. Highly recommended.

Dr. Harkin is the only veterinarian that my yorkie-poo, Gracie Lou, loves to see. (The treats in her pockets don't hurt!) The entire staff is very caring about you and your pet. We love GAH!

My dog tore his ACL. This location has veterinarians who specialize in this treatment. They were able to schedule us in quickly. The front desk staff was very polite. The doctor was extremely friendly and took his time explaining every aspect of the surgery & i left knowing that my dog was in good hands.

Just had our first experience with our new (2) yr old Hank. Dr Nordmo made him feel happy and comfortable for his exam, nail clipping and heartworm recommendation. The techs started out making Hank not so nervous. Thank you.

I went to this vets office to get my dog his updated shots. My pet has previously had anxiety at the vet, but he did so well at our old vet we thought he didn’t need his anxiety meds anymore, so we haven’t been giving it to him. We saw Dr. Jason. He isn’t a very personable guy, which I think is a trait you should have, especially when you’re treating potential really sick animals and dealing with stressed and upset owners, but that’s just me, i think I would’ve liked him more if he came about things differently. He came in and I could tell my dog just didn’t like him, he wouldn’t let Dr. Jason touch him or anything. He then took my pup into another room to see if it would be easier to give him the shots and get blood drawn, and all I hear is my dog screaming and yelping and wailing into the wall beside me. It was mortifying hearing this, I couldn’t wait to get my dog and leave so I could just cry. Not to mention i continuously was apologizing for my dogs behavior, he didn’t acknowledge me, blew me off, wasn’t understanding and said he will need to be sedated if we ever had to do any blood draws or testing, and then walked out. I was embarrassed honestly. It felt like there was no understanding… I understand they tried to do what I brought my dog there to do, but it just wasn’t happening. My dog didn’t like the vet, and they say dogs just know when certain people are off. Nothing against Dr. Jason, but I think we will be staying with our other vets office as my dog does way better there.

Let me start off by saying they are the absolute best vet office I have ever been to (which I’ve been to a lot let me tell you)! When I came to Columbus I had zero clue on where I was going to go get my Zoey girl’s shots for the year. But I took her to Gahanna Animal Hospital and I am so beyond happy that I did, they are amazing! Zoey can be a little unsure of people at first, but Dr Worman was amazing with her, before I knew it she was going up to him to get more cookies! They truly love every single animal that walks through their doors as if they were their own! I will gladly drive the 30 mins and pass multiple other vet offices on the way just to make sure Zoey gets the best care there is!

2 of my kittys, Viktor & James have been sick needing Vet care in the recent past few weeks. I'm so thankful for the people at GAH where I KNOW my kittys receive the best medical attention given by experienced, caring, friendly Veterinarians. In fact, everyone I've come into contact with who works at GAH has been friendly and kind. GAH is the BEST!

Dr. John and the staff at Gahanna Animal hospital were so nice. I came from another clinic because my dog needed surgery and they got us in immediately explained everything in detail and got her follow up scheduled. I highly recommend going there! Kenzie Rose approved!

Dr. Clay is phenomenal. She diagnosed my dog's eye issue. One vet thought she had a eye infection. I called Gahanna and made an appointment with Dr. Clay. She diagnosed acute glaucoma. SHe then supported me to see Dr. Metzler at OSU. They are working as a team to help save my dog's eyes. She is kind, supportive and I would say she represents the Gold Standard of Practice.

The care team at Gahanna Animal Hospital is the best! Always timely, knowledgeable, informative, cost efficient and super caring to me and my 3.5 pound Yorkie! I will only board her here as well.

My first appointment at GAH was with DR Debbie Riebel! She was very Kind to My pets and Very Friendly and open with me. We moved from out of sate and Dr Riebel explained the differences in how often Vaccines were required in Ohio. She was very cost conscience and offered options and recommendations that could be less costly but still keep my pets healthy. Office staff was also kind and friendly and very competent! I will definitely make GAH my permanent vet!

I HAVE BEEN BRINGING MY PETS TO GHANNA ANIMAL HOSPITAL FOR OVER 25 YEARS. YES YOU CAN FIND VES THAT WILL COST LESS BUT HOW DO YOU PUT A PRICE ON YOUR BABIES HEALTH. SIMPLY PUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST.

Gahanna Animal Hospital is the best vet that I have ever been to! Almost 20 years later and the service and Dr. John Worman is amazing, and Dr. Worman is absolutely astounding and has the most knowledge I have ever seen. Now that his son is also there, I am sure that practice is going to be even better:) They even have their own APP now 8-15-2023: Dr. Becca Nordmoe is awesome, my dr. Is out of town. She is new there and awesome, highly recommend her, and has pets of her own. Just wanted to add to my post from years ago

Dr. Rich is an exceptional Vet. We have gone to her for decades. Compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent!

This is my FAVORITE vet! They’re quick, knowledgeable, super friendly and I wouldn’t go anywhere else (also check out their great prices) thanks Dr Riebel and the rest of the team!

Very caring vets and staff, they love animals and their work! Our pets have been "patients" here since 1989 and I wouldn't think of taking them anywhere else.
