Came five minutes before opening. Made us leave, but let other customers in. Very petty and rude. Lost our business.

Although the store was beautifully decorated, there were major shortcomings. It would be nice if they had items that represented a pluralistic society. One of the three wise men in a ceramic nativity scene was a person of color. That was it. In today's world, it was very disappointing to witness this blatant omission. I have many friends of all hues and I look forward to the day when I will see Santa's that represent all people; Asian, Latino, African American, and yes, Native American, etc. They are available. Did you know that you can purchase The Elf on the Shelf representing many races and cultures. Broadening your merchandise may result in greater net profits. In the future we hope you are more sensitive to the issue of inclusion. We're hoping you get on board.

Christmas open house was so very disappointing yet another year. This year was worse than the last. Christmas displays and merchandise is becoming less and less.and no Holiday music. Displays were lacking and everything just looked sad compared to years ago. Employees were unapproachable and certainly weren't there to spread Christmas joy. Not even close to what Donzells was.

Very nice garden center. They have some truly beautiful pots and plants.

Plants are, for the most part, in very good condition and survive well after repotting. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable. The layout of the store has a very nice "flow" to make sure you don't forget anything.

Very helpful staff and good prices. Plus they have kitty employees so I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Wide variety of plants and holiday decor! I never leave empty handed! I love visiting around Christmas! Also, if you get lucky you might see the adorable kitties hanging out there!

Cashiers don't have any customer service towards respectable kids nor adults.nor any knowledge of the plants with simple questions. & you have to ask half the time for a carrier when you have multiple plants? One simple simple q- wheres your soil.looked at me like i was speaking chinese.after explaining you plant plants in it ; she told me that you order online? (so we just decided to keep looking. & ended up finding it!)
only came into contact with one outside staff who was called over to help since we asked for it from customer service - and she was NO help.told me to go on a website and she didn't even know the website to check if it was.com, org etc.so we ended up leaving since my phone was on 10%. And how when half the plants aren't named?
2 stars because they have a PERFECT customer service woman that my son and i loved! Greatest asset to the team! Great customer service, helpful and informative about the plants! FINALLY; THANK YOU.made such a positive impact on my son and i!

Incredibly friendly staff who are knowledgeable and will help you get what you need for whatever you’re looking for.

We’ve bought flowers, herbs and grass from Gale’s but their staff is knowledgeable on all of their items.

We bought a grill today and Anthony helped us with it. He was very helpful and informative. He walked us up to the front to ensure we got their special they’re running on Traeger grills.

We can’t say enough about Gale’s and would recommend to anyone!

We come here eveey year for our summer and fall gardening. Great selection of flowers and vegetables. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

What a gem tucked in the heart of Westlake. They have everything you need for your gardening needs. The staff is super nice and extremely helpful! Will definitely be back to brighten my yard.

Enter through the car parking lot. Then you have to go thru the parking lot to be able to go in the gate and around the building. It’s very cluttered. Very tight. Wish they would clear some stuff out of the way. But anyways… we delivered at 9: 00am because that’s when they open. Make sure to call 24 hrs before coming. Tight exit. Not very semi truck friendly I’d say. ‍️

Has a nice selection of plants and decent prices. However be careful about plants they have discounted. I purchased two large tropical plants on discount from them (part of a larger $250 order) and later found that they were infested with Brown Scales and Mealybugs! Was extra disappointed because the greenhouse worker was pushing hard for me to purchase this plant that was infested. Not a very good business practice and luckily I noticed soon enough (about a week after purchase) and isolated the plants. I will not be going here again.

After I brought my plant home I discovered that it had mealybugs under nearly every leaf. Gross. Not worth saving money to bring home bugs.

I got the Christmas cactus for my mom when trader Joe's was out of them. The store was a bit disorganized because I would have expected the ornament hangers near the ornaments.
