Great customer service and selection. Brought in a figure to ask advice on how to get a color and the owner walked through which colors and brushes and everything.

I'm a very novice mini painter (novice being very generous) and the guy there (sorry i forgot his name) was very helpful and knowledgeable.he listened to me, made suggestions, and gave me great advice. I was going to order from Amazon for paints, but on a whim I stopped in the store. I'm glad I did. They now have a customer for life!

I wish I could give the store more stars, but it's extremely restricted schedule just makes it hard for me personally to shop there, but other than that, I love the store and I stood in whenever I ge t the chance

Drive 45 mins to get here, hours say they are open until 7pm, got there at 5: 30pm and they were closed. Very disappointed.

I drove all the way out there which is an 30 min drive and they said that they were open but the weren't. There was nobody there at all even though they should have been open.

Staff more than willing to help understand customer needs and wants and keeping them up to date on all relevant news in the hobby. Even other customers, which are players, are more than happy to introduce the hobby to new comers.

Very nice store, friendly and welcoming staff and the same can be said for the 'regulars' who are usually working on models or playing a game on the store's impressive landscape tables. Worth the drive if you are in Northeast Ohio.

Great and friendly staff. I drive 45 minutes here for any warhammer stuff, and the trip is never wasted. Always looking forward to coming back.

Great experience, helpful employees. Stopped in to grab some paints, took time to explain and answer my 8 yr olds questions.

This place is awesome; every time my wife and I go there the staff is super friendly, eager to hello with whatever project you're working on. We've only just begun to get into painting minis, and Games Workshop has anything we need to stock up on supplies, not to mention helpful advice and suggestions from the employees and any patrons that happen to be there that day!

Awesome staff, great selection and atmosphere. After driving an hour in various directions looking for a good store for warhammer 40k, I can conclusively say this is the best

First visit to the closest Games Workshop to me, had to drive a bit to get there but it was well worth it, the staff was great and very helpful, got a game in and had fun. I’m looking forward to returning there and getting another game in.

From out of town. Visited twice and received tons of solid advice and help. Bill was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Will be visiting the the store next time i'm in town.
