I called in to ask about a final fantasy 7 midnight release. I spoke to Danielle, which is rare that I would remember somebody's name, but I did here. She told me that she did not know that day but to call back later in the week and she would let me know. I did And she told me that they would be having either a midnight or 9: 00 p.m. Release. I went in to pre order and she Helped me to find other games that I may like as well. She made me feel like a valued customer and left me completely satisfied with my experience in the store. I felt like she educated rather then "sold" me which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this location.

The employees were very helpful and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for and was very friendly

Always come here and get out with what I need or want. Service is always pretty nice and friendly. They also like to talk about up coming games which I find helpful since they tend to know more about them then me. I always come here for my games

Pretty good selection of games across most all platforms. Usually there is some wait time in line to check out, but still good overall.

They got rid of the horrible smell that used to linger around there. Overall it's a pretty solid place with some pretty cool game collectibles.

So apparently when you buy (NEW GAMES) not in there (Packaging) you cannot return these even though I was reading about the return policy online and it states if you are not satisfied with the product you can return items in there original packaging soo.even though i bought the games new they were never in a package sense the cases were on display and that is my fault how? ! VERY DISAPPOINTING eastgate gamestop is a rip off store dont ever buy games from this location they are DECITFUL and there store shouldnt even be opened I feel for those that deal with this location what A LET DOWN! GOOD CHOICE IN EMPOLYESS GAME STOP!

Made it to the store with about 5 minutes left until close, and was still greeted, helped, and treated great! Woman behind the counter was very informative of my purchase, which was helpful. Entire visit was excellent

These guys are always telling u about the new stuff coming out. They know me and my son on a 1st name basis. They always treat me like I'm part of the family. I will not go to another store but this one.seriously not making this up most other locations in this area terrible like the attitude you get at cherry grove if u need to return something. The cashier wouldn't give me a receipt for my return.because he knew I was going to do the survey on line about his attitude. It was terrible. I WONT TAKE MY KIDS IN THERE EVER AGAIN.
Even if the eastgate is a little farther for you those guys seriously are worth the drive. It's just a different vibe in the store.

I bought an Xbox one elite controller from here and 2 days later went to return my $160 controller and they only wanted to give me $30

I love the overwatch section in the store. I just wish they were able to get more blizzard game merchandise in as well.

The bad reviews about customer service has to be a joke. The manager here has been nothing but informative and she is so nice! Giving us advice and the best deals. I come here every week with my boyfriend and her customer service makes the expierence. For the complaining of price of course you can find stuff maybe for a better price but at what quality. You want more shop online but expect to pay triple. Love this place so much and they will continue to get my business!

I really like BYING stuff from here, but if you sell stuff then it's a ripoff. I was going to sell my Xbox 360 here but then they said about $15 and the games were $1- $25.
Overall: don't sell stuff here.

This store rips people off! Its better to go online and ship it to the store then pay outta pocket at this place. You can get a Wii bundle (remote, console, and 3 games) online for $60. Or just a plain used console and remote at the store for $80. Good Luck!

I love the personal attention from the knowledgeable staff who truly care about your gaming enjoyment and can speak from their own experience having the very game system you are thinking about getting. No pressure, just good info that makes me sure I will be back.

Nice place, great staff. Was expecting more variety and a little cheaper prices, but overall good place.

This Game Stop has ok selection but, by far some of the rudest staff I've encountered in quite some time. We went there on my son's birthday to let him pick out his gift. After about 25 minutes he decided and was going to check out and they said it is too late the store closed at 6 and it now 6. So I said why didn't you give a final call or actually see if you could assist us instead of just waiting until you knew it was too late. The worker was not even apologetic. A store I warn others to avoid, just go to the Milford OH location.
