My kids have autism and the staff here are so patient with them. I really appreciate their kindness for the kids. A lot of places we go don't have staff this friendly. I like coming here. It's the place for true gamers. The selection is pretty neat and they have stuff I didn't even know existed LOL. Yes I'm fifty and I'm old LOL

Allison is extremely rude, if I owned this store I'd keep her FAR away from the customers or hire someone else altogether.

: I am extremely upset about what happened to me in your store yesterday. I went to the location in Fairfield Ohio and was helped by the store manager no less. His name was Shane and I had brought in 4 games to trade toward DBZ: Kakarot. I told him before he scanned them though that I wanted the digital edition and I was wondering if I would have to come back in to pick up the code as I don’t live on this part of time. I explained I wanted to pay the whole amount off today. He said that I would have to come back to “pick up my code for the game” I scoffed and said but I am going to pay it all off, why would I need to come back here to get what amounts to 1, s and 0’s. To which he replied “Well you could fall us and if we have time we might give it to you” This was the first issue, what kind of customer service is this? “If you have time? ! ” I have been a manager for retail stores for many years and know you would never tell a customer that, even if that’s the case it just sounds very bad. Well I told him I wanted to get the 20% more for the games since I was trading them towards DBZ and it was the offer you all we’re running. He quickly told me “Oh nope, that doesn’t work on digital games” at this point I was extremely upset because he was doing everything he could to not help me so I left, to which he replied very snarkly “Have a wonderful afternoon sir” Now here’s why I feel discriminated against as a black man, I looked online and read the fine print for this offer and there is no mention of digital being excluded. It just says you need to preorder the game. So after calming down I went to another Gamestop and was helped within 5 minutes. He took my games, I received the 20%, and this is the best part HE GAVE ME THE DIGITAL CODE! It was printed right on the receipt. He also said that the code was going to be on the app if I lost the receipt. So my question is why didn’t this store manager at the previous store just do this for me? Instead of helping me he basically made excuses why he could not. I am extremely upset and my wife and I are very angry over this as the only common denominator here was that I was a black man and Shane who was a white store manager just decided to not help me yet at the other store a regular employee was able to get me in and out within 5 minutes! I eagerly await to see what your company is going to do about this, because right now I am furious over this treatment, especially since I have been a long time consumer

Went in Saturday morning to ask about a PS4 with Fortnite. There was a box in clear view of the bundle with Fortnite saying 299. Which amazon has for 250. I asked the young girl working there if that price was right. She got an attitude right off the bat, saying that bundle is not available and obviously looking at me like I should know that. I said, it’s okay amazon has it for 250 I’ll buy it there. The young lady replied, what ever makes you happy. To say the least she was rude not helpful and obviously doesn’t want to be there. Last time I’ll go there

Beware of the Triple H looking manager.he rushed the hell outta me then discarded my receipt. I do believe receipts should be given with any transaction, especially when your blindsided with onesided appraisals

Good selection of pre owned games at this location. Fairly knowledgeable staff, but if you're a lady, don't ask the male workers for game recommendations. They'll probably offer something "girly" whether you're great at FPS and prefer to shoot 'em up.

Most of the employees are great. GameStop has some really shady policies, but that's not their fault.

The manager (can't remember his name), on the other hand, is just rude. I have had a total of one pleasant interaction with him. Every other time, he's been extremely rude. For example, demanding that I go the the back of a line that was forming during a midnight open before he even let me finish asking my question, which was if I needed to be at the back of the line before or after I paid. (At some midnight opens, they've had me do this in the past.)

He could really do with some training in people skills if he's going to be working with the public.

The workers here are always knowledgeable and are some of the least-pushy Gamestop employees I've dealt with. Pre-orders are easy, midnight launches are easy, and they usually have what I need in stock.

Best GameStop in the area.

Great store, the employee here did a great job of helping me figure out which dlc characters were available for my game and I will be returning soon to make another purchase

The staff there is nice, even conversational. This place always has what I'm looking for. Definitely earns its prestige status.

There's nothing like shopping for games in a real store. This store is clean and has a good variety of new and used games. They're competitive with big stores for pricing, and the staff is friendly. We introduced our 4 year old to our love of gaming, and he got his first game here last week!

Was very disappointing when I had reserved Secret of Mana for playstation 4 and went to pick it up when they opened the morning of the release and find out they even have my reserved game. I don't think they wanted to believe me so I had to show them the email confirmation of the reservation. They had to call the Game stop in Colerain and lucky enough they had a just one copy and held it for me.

The store itself is great but the service is ok. Some of the employees aren’t the cleanest looking but I’m not gonna judge. They could do more to welcome you into the store besides just standing behind a desk. But some employees are not all like that. So depending on the employees who are working will make your experience either good or bad.
